Dear Comfort Tours, I went to Boston from Toronto during the 2016 Canadian Thanksgiving under the auspices of Pam Cook and Ken MacKenzie .... and wish to report that I was most pleased with my trip.... Ken was an outstanding accommodating driver.... we could put our entire trust in him... Pam was attentive, courteous, entertaining, informative, helpful, caring and flexible but firm when required.... To Whom it May Concern : My mom and I took the East Coast tour Sept 16-22, 2016. Julie Cook was our tour director. Julie was excellent, going above and beyond. She is friendly, sincere, has a great sense of humour and is very knowledgeable. My mom is 77 years old and always wanted to see Anne of Green Gables. She is not a seasoned traveller but Julie made the trip extra special. The best bus tour ever. Our tour guide, Pam, was exceptional. She made everyone so comfortable and kept us entertained. By the second day she had most of us on a first name basis with each other and had us all singing. Even the day it poured rain, we were all laughing. Our driver, Ken, was amazing, kind and helpful. I would definitely travel with both of them again. They made this trip awesome....thank you both so much for this great experience. Linda
