To Whom it May Concern : My mom and I took the East Coast tour Sept 16-22, 2016. Julie Cook was our tour director. Julie was excellent, going above and beyond. She is friendly, sincere, has a great sense of humour and is very knowledgeable. My mom is 77 years old and always wanted to see Anne of Green Gables. She is not a seasoned traveller but Julie made the trip extra special. The best bus tour ever. Our tour guide, Pam, was exceptional. She made everyone so comfortable and kept us entertained. By the second day she had most of us on a first name basis with each other and had us all singing. Even the day it poured rain, we were all laughing. Our driver, Ken, was amazing, kind and helpful. I would definitely travel with both of them again. They made this trip awesome....thank you both so much for this great experience. Linda

My parents and I just returned from our trip from New York (Oct 13-Oct 16). We really want to thank our tour guide Natasha and our driver Al for being awesome. Al is the best driver I have seen. He made driving in NYC look easy! Natasha is very caring and helpful. She thinks of all minute details to make the trip comfortable. Hello there! I just returned from the Thanksgiving weekend Boston tour last week, and I wanted to write a few lines to share my experience. Even though I was a bit skeptical as this was my first time travelling with Comfort Tour, I must say that Pam and Ken made the experience so wonderful that I am now looking forward to my next one, which will hopefully be Philadelphia if it is available, and many more to come! First of all, I must say that Ken is one of the best drivers that I have ever had a pleasure of travelling with! I felt safe and was even able to comfortably sleep for a while, Ken was great! Despite the horrible weather that we ended up having during our visit to Plymouth, Pam managed to still keep the good mood with her stories and wit and managed to keep everyone on schedule. Very informative trip, we all learned a lot, saw a lot and had a blast! Kudos to Pam, keep up the great work! All in all, Boston and surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit but without a proper tour guide it wouldn’t have been half as much fun as it was. Great team work by Pam and Ken, and even though there is always an odd ball within the group that makes it difficult for everyone else, Pam and Ken still managed to handle every situation very professionally and with a smile and made the best out of it.
