My daughter Kate and I just got back from our New York City Tour and we had an AWESOME time! Our Tour Director was Julie and the driver was John from Denny’s. Both were so knowledgeable and helpful and most of all, FUN! Julie pointed us in the right direction wherever we went and even the NYC tour guide was impressed with John! We saw everything we wanted to see plus more on our trip. We decided to stay later one night in order to take in a show and see Times Square at night and Julie made sure we knew how to get back to the hotel and where to get the best tickets! It was well worth it! And to anyone who might be nervous about making their own way back to the hotel, I have to say, it was so easy! We went sightseeing, shopping, walking, and took some time in Central Park! You name it, we did it, and loved every minute of it! We had lots of time to do what we wanted and Julie had loads of suggestions for things to do! The hotel was lovely and the buffet breakfast got us going each day! I have already been telling all my coworkers that this is the tour to take and we were totally impressed with Comfort Tours! So thank you, thank you, thank you for such a great introduction to NYC. Kate wants to go back already!

I'd like to personally appreciate and thank the comfort tour's crew for the recent tour from Toronto to New York, on 29th of July to 1st of August. It was a pleasant experience due to the excellent quality of service provided. The trip was very well organized and we managed to reach every destination on time. I would especially like to thank our tour guide, Eliane and our bus driver, John, who always made us feel safe. Eliane was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept us informed while entertaining us with many stories. John was an excellent driver who drove very professionally through the city traffic while managing to be on time. The hotel, Hyatt Regency was luxurious and a comfortable stay. Again, I would like to thank Comfort tours on a job well done. Their professionalism reflects highly on the company and it would be a privilege on joining them with another tour. Hello, I would like to write about my experiences with comfort tours during the tour from Toronto to Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa & Thousand Islands on 30th of July to 1st of August. Our guide Eva was very nice and caring, she did a great job. Also our bus driver, Harry, was not just funny but was driving us safely from location to location. He was always in a good mood, just like Eva. Even though the traffic was very busy, we managed to see everything in time. Thank you for your insider knowledge and the free water you offered us. It was the best tour I could wish for and our group was amazing. The hotel in Montreal was great as well and the balance between guided tour and freetime was nice. The guides in Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa did a great job, especially the one in Ottawa. Thank you a lot, you did a great job, Marie from Germany
