Just got home from the New York City bus tour with the tour director Julie and bus driver home. Both were super accomodating, knowledge, friendly and exceeded all my expectations! I am definitely recommending this trip to family and friends and am thinking about where I can go on my next tour bus adventure. Everything from the hotel we stayed at to the itinerary to the bus itself was exceptional. Truly felt comfortable with this great group of people and it was all because of Julie and Al. We just wanted to relay our appreciation for an excellent experience this weekend. We have always wanted to visit New York city and this excursion was the best balance in ease, comfort, safety and expertise. Al our driver is such a nice man even giving my teenaged son the jacket off his back as we ventured into our harbour cruise in the cooler rainy weather. Julia provides great expertise with resources and suggestions on the ready. Even providing sudoku for my wife, her favourite word puzzle. Just returned from New York City with Al and Natasha just wanted to let you know they are both fantastic Natasha is so knowledgable friendly and has a great personality Al is out of this world fantastic friendly patient and helpful I don't know how he does that drive time after time and makes you feel so safe in all the traffic especially in New York City Hats of to both of them I am thinking of doing another trip and would be more than happy to go with them again Eileen & Jack
