Hello there! I just returned from the Thanksgiving weekend Boston tour last week, and I wanted to write a few lines to share my experience. Even though I was a bit skeptical as this was my first time travelling with Comfort Tour, I must say that Pam and Ken made the experience so wonderful that I am now looking forward to my next one, which will hopefully be Philadelphia if it is available, and many more to come! First of all, I must say that Ken is one of the best drivers that I have ever had a pleasure of travelling with! I felt safe and was even able to comfortably sleep for a while, Ken was great! Despite the horrible weather that we ended up having during our visit to Plymouth, Pam managed to still keep the good mood with her stories and wit and managed to keep everyone on schedule. Very informative trip, we all learned a lot, saw a lot and had a blast! Kudos to Pam, keep up the great work! All in all, Boston and surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit but without a proper tour guide it wouldn’t have been half as much fun as it was. Great team work by Pam and Ken, and even though there is always an odd ball within the group that makes it difficult for everyone else, Pam and Ken still managed to handle every situation very professionally and with a smile and made the best out of it. My cousin and I recently took the Boston bus trip from Toronto, on Oct. 7-10th. This was the best trip ever. Several days before leaving, Pam our guide called to give us additional information, this set the tone for the trip. Pam kept us well informed on points of interest which was extensive, and her sense of humour kept us very entertained. Our next trip will depend on whether Pam is our guide and Ken is the driver. We all felt safe and well looked after with Ken at the wheel. Annette H

Good Afternoon I have just returned from the Boston tour over the Canadian thanksgiving long weekend. I have to say that Ken and Pam were very professional and took good care of us all. They were very knowledgable and were helpful in pointing places of interest and establishments for lunch and dinner during our time there. Also, the local tour guide was very informative and had a great wealth of knowledge on the sites we saw. Being my first bus tour of any time frame more then a few hours i was a bit apprehensive and nervous but soon felt very at ease with this team of professionals. I would recommend them very strongly to anyone who asked. I am contemplating some trips next year and I hope my path would cross with them again. A trip to Philadelphia and Gettysburg looks most appealing and I hope you will reinstate that tour. Washington along with an Eastern Canadian tour interests me. My family and I went to Boston over the Thanksgiving weekend and we would like to give kudos to Pam, the tour director and Ken, the driver. They both worked so hard for all tourists and made their best. Pam made our crowd as a friendly team, while Ken, drives like super professional. I would say more: we were all resting sleeping, resting in our comfy seats while he have to watch the road all the time, and keep us safe, like a hero. Olga T
