Good Afternoon I have just returned from the Boston tour over the Canadian thanksgiving long weekend. I have to say that Ken and Pam were very professional and took good care of us all. They were very knowledgable and were helpful in pointing places of interest and establishments for lunch and dinner during our time there. Also, the local tour guide was very informative and had a great wealth of knowledge on the sites we saw. Being my first bus tour of any time frame more then a few hours i was a bit apprehensive and nervous but soon felt very at ease with this team of professionals. I would recommend them very strongly to anyone who asked. I am contemplating some trips next year and I hope my path would cross with them again. A trip to Philadelphia and Gettysburg looks most appealing and I hope you will reinstate that tour. Washington along with an Eastern Canadian tour interests me. In closing, for my first at length bus trip I am glad Pam and Ken were a part of my journey. Regards, Arthur B

My family and I went to Boston over the Thanksgiving weekend and we would like to give kudos to Pam, the tour director and Ken, the driver. They both worked so hard for all tourists and made their best. Pam made our crowd as a friendly team, while Ken, drives like super professional. I would say more: we were all resting sleeping, resting in our comfy seats while he have to watch the road all the time, and keep us safe, like a hero. Olga T

Good Morning: I have just returned from the Comfort Tours trip to Boston. I have been on multiple trips with the company & this was by far the best. The reason: The tour director & the bus driver! Pam & Ken were professional & did their job to perfection, but the best of all they were friendly, really funny & accommodating to the 40 people on the bus. Just got home from the New York City bus tour with the tour director Julie and bus driver home. Both were super accomodating, knowledge, friendly and exceeded all my expectations! I am definitely recommending this trip to family and friends and am thinking about where I can go on my next tour bus adventure. Everything from the hotel we stayed at to the itinerary to the bus itself was exceptional. Truly felt comfortable with this great group of people and it was all because of Julie and Al.
