We retuned from the New York trip on Sunday, June 12, 2016 and can't say enough good things about the tour. Gerda and Al were superb, Gerda was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept us informed while entertaining us with many stories. Al made it look so easy driving through the city (very professional), The time on the bus went quickly and our hotel in New Brunswick was more than we had expected. This was a great way see the city on our first trip to New York. We would recommend Comfort Tours to any of our friends. Thanks again Gerda and Al for making our trip so enjoyable.

Hello , We recently took your New York City Tour with Gerda Francis and Al the bus driver. We have taken a few bus tours before this but Gerda and Al are the best ever. Gerda was very knowledgeable, extremely hard working, respectful and friendly and just an all round great lady. Al the bus driver was like a miracle driver especially when maneuvering that huge bus through traffic in Manhattan. They both deserve a pay raise. Heather C.

Hello, I have just finished this tour and back in British Columbia now. I would like to let you know that I have enjoyed this tour very much. I specially want to mention your tour guide Eva. She was kind, caring and very professional. When I was dropped at the pick up location I forgot my luggage. Eva handled the situation very calm and professional and did not make me feel like an idiot. She kept an eye on each and everyone and was very diplomatic with an obnoxious guest. I joined the tour with a friend from Sri Lanka and she felt the same way as I did. I may join your East Coast tour in the future. Best Regards! Manel P.
