Dearest Natasha: On behalf of my husband Ralph and myself, we would personally once again like to say THANK YOU... for the extraordinary tour we experienced. You are such a professional women doing what she loves best, and that means you must be also a people person which you truly are. You also have a caring loving and protecting heart. Always looking out for her children so to speak on each tour. I myself have watched and listened to you and truly came to the conclusion you are 100% an expert in all you do. From the beginning of the tour you ran around looking for your kids to put on the bus... and you kept us in your site during the tour or shall I say you made sure we could find you at all times with that famous umbrella of yours so unique. At the end of it all you ran around busily making sure everyone was safely off bus and in their cars and or cabs before you ever left that parking lot. I was very moved by your sense of humour and the amazing amount of information you were able to share with us from beginning to end. I so enjoyed all of your personal stories. So gifted to memorize so much even our declaration forms. You never stood there with a book or pamphlet to read to us.. it all came out of all you've stored up in that amazing mind of yours. With all of my heart I THANK YOU. With all of our hearts we thank you as husband and wife. My sister and her husband enjoyed the tour and have the same sentiments about you. We also must say we felt so safe with Wayne driving us there and all around the city of New York and back home again. He is an amazing driver and Eugene was so amazing also wow, so easy to hear and understand and so full of knowledge. God bless you and your team and all you set your mind and heart to do. We look forward to Chicago trip, and I am praying God will give us the opportunity to meet you and have you as our Tour Director and Guide. I just wanted to convey that my NYC tour/vacation on Sep.17-20 with Al, Coach Driver, Julie, Tour Director & Elliott, NYC Guide was pleasurable, memorable and relaxing! Just how a vacation should be. We were in such good hands with smiley Al at the wheel, he was so joyous (great memory for names), helpful with our luggage, considerate and cautious. Travelling with Julie was informative and made the vacation a relaxing journey. Would do it all over again for a 5th time! Thank you again for providing excellent service! Nicole

We went to the east coast tour from September 11 to 17th 2015. Our tour guide was Pam and our driver was Cookie. What an exelent team they were. This was our Mom-daughter trip that we thought of for years. It was a dream come true when we saw the schedule online; it became reality when we boarded the plane and it became the time of of lives when we were there. Thank you Pam for all your information during this tour. The step-on guides you choose were very informative. Thank you Cookie for your driving. I still don't know how you managed some of those turns. The views, the shopping, the hotels, the food, the smells, the air, the sea.....on and on and on. We might have been "from away" but it felt like home when we on the bus. Keep up the good work Comfort Tours and we hope to travel with you again soon. Andrea and April

I had such a wonderful time on the bus and the sightseeing tours in Manhatten New York Sept. 17-20th. Eliane was our guide and she made the trip so pleasant and fun. I would definately want her as my guide again. Patty was our driver and her driving was exceptionable. She got us out of some tough driving situations. Awesome trip, look forward to the next one.
