I returned from your tour yesterday (Chicago) and I wanted to inform you that I had a great time! Our tour guide, Carole went above and beyond for us and made the trip significantly better. It was a great trip and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Carole really ensured everyone was happy and always helped everyone out whether they needed help or not. She was always asking what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and tried to incorporate everyone into where they wanted to go. She is by far the best tour guide I have had and she really is a sweet person. The bus driver Greg was also amazing, always ensuring we are safe and going above and beyond to ensure we are happy. I am very very satisfied with the service provided by Carole and Greg, and definitely would recommend this trip to anyone. Thank you, Gabby

Dear Comfort Tours, I had a wonderful time on your East Coast Tour! Pam was the most helpful tour director, she was a pleasure to be with, she made things very interesting, funny, and she went out of her way to keep our group happy and comfortable! The Hotels were wonderful, clean, nice staff with a great breakfast included every morning! Being in the East Coast was an eye opener for me on how beautiful it is. I now would enjoy a chance to take a trip to Newfoundland! Our tour director, Eliane, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Wayne, our bus driver, was an excellent driver, helpful and attentive! The two made a great team and looked after us very well making sure we knew our upcoming schedule, were informed about the opportunities available to us during our free time, and kept us on track.
