Just returned from an excellent weekend in Boston (September 24 - 27, 2015) with Ken our driver & Julie our tour guide. Ken is an amazing driver manoeuvering the bus through the very tight & narrow streets of Boston. Ken & Julie were very professional, knowledgeable and caring ensuring everyone was having a good time and always prepared to answer questions & point us out in the right direction. We had a wonderful group of people on our tour and the group dinner organized by Ken & Julie on our last evening together was a fantastic time. We just returned from your Boston trip and Sunday. Tour director Julie and bus driver Ken were fabulous! They made a great team with a casual fun loving approach but remaining professional at all times. This transcended throughout the bus and the passengers came together looking after each other, hearing each other's stories and having many many laughs. I returned from your tour yesterday (Chicago) and I wanted to inform you that I had a great time! Our tour guide, Carole went above and beyond for us and made the trip significantly better. It was a great trip and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Carole really ensured everyone was happy and always helped everyone out whether they needed help or not. She was always asking what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and tried to incorporate everyone into where they wanted to go. She is by far the best tour guide I have had and she really is a sweet person. The bus driver Greg was also amazing, always ensuring we are safe and going above and beyond to ensure we are happy. I am very very satisfied with the service provided by Carole and Greg, and definitely would recommend this trip to anyone. Thank you, Gabby
