We recently travel to NY with Comfort tour and would like to share our experience. We purchased the ticket at the Toronto office. A friendly gentleman (Al) provided clear explanation and details of what to expect, what was included and what was not. From that time we were at ease, we received an excellent service through out the entire length of the tour. Tour director (Julie) and the driver (Ale) rendered a professional service ensuring our safety, comfort and entertainment. The hotel in NJ Hyatt House in Morristown was very confortable, and the town beautiful. We were initially concerned with the trip by bus, but it turned out fine the bus was new and confortable, and the driver excellent so the ride was smooth both ways. Crossing the border was also smooth as Julie provided the proper guidance to make the process easy. For us was an overall excellent experience. At our return there was a taxi waiting for us at the pick up site. To the end of the trip Julie took care of us. My husband and I are seniors, and deeply appreciate the personalized service. I and my family comprising my wife, adult son and adult daughter joined your Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa tour of 25, 26 and 27 Sep. We were very happy with all the arrangements of the tour which were very well coordinated. It was fully worth and a tremendous experience. Special accolades for the Tour Director; Joe, who was courteous, amiable, and punctilious that made the tour that much more meaningful and enjoyable, and for the driver; Sean, whose driving was excellent, in addition to being always helpful and friendly that made the tour that much more comfortable. Both of them made the tour lively by transcending the aura amongst the tourists also. The tour guide in Quebec in complete contrast, was exceptionally good and knowledgeable even beyond his scope. Thank you, and if we ever want another tour, it will definitely be 'Comfort'. My next interests would be to Vancouver and to Newfoundland, PEI and Nova Scotia. Prasanna

Good morning. We arrived home Sunday evening from your recent Boston trip. The trip was very interesting and busy. Julie, the tour guide, and Ken, the bus driver, were outstanding. Just returned from an excellent weekend in Boston (September 24 - 27, 2015) with Ken our driver & Julie our tour guide. Ken is an amazing driver manoeuvering the bus through the very tight & narrow streets of Boston. Ken & Julie were very professional, knowledgeable and caring ensuring everyone was having a good time and always prepared to answer questions & point us out in the right direction. We had a wonderful group of people on our tour and the group dinner organized by Ken & Julie on our last evening together was a fantastic time.
