My husband, daughter and I had a WONDERFUL weekend in New York City! We wanted to do something special for our 25th wedding anniversary. This was very special! We enjoyed the sights and we didn't have to drive! We traveled with Natasha our tour guide and Ken our driver on July 9 - 12, 2015. I came across the Comfort Tours very informative website, having never been to New York City we thought this would be a great way to see it. We were right, they thought of everything and more! Their tours and suggestions were very educational, fun and helpful. The whole tour was excellent! Natasha and Ken were so accommodating. What a fabulous four-days, thanks to Pam Cooke's wonderful hostessing our busload of eager tourists. Pam's organising of everything from the so fascinating tours of Boston to great shopping venues and the running documentary guide John was stunning.. She is terrific, so knowledgeable, fun, witty and thoughtful. She and the superb driver Ken are such a great team - between the two of them the 13-hour trip literally flew by. We had a fantastic time in Boston with Pam and Ken (June11th). Pam is incredible and one could not ask for a better tour guide. She really goes the extra mile to ensure that all travellers needs are met. We have been on many Comfort Tours and all guides have been wonderful. However, Pam is exceptionally good. We are in safe hands when Ken is at the wheel. Terrific driver.
