Hi, The tour was great and well organized. I liked the bus ride with enough stops to stretch legs. The tour director was excellent and knowledgeable and the driver instilled confidence. I will definitely take another tour with you this time to Boston and possibly Philadelphia. A Comfort Tour to New Orleans would be fantastic. I urge you to arrange it. My husband and I visited Washington for the Easter weekend with Comfort Tour Canada (April 3-6, 2015). This was our fourth trip with Comfort Tours and we are looking forward to our next trip with them to Philadelphia. Wayne was our bus driver and as always, he was informative, helpful and always had a good story to tell. Eliane was our tour guide and words cannot describe how wonderful she is. She provided us with information about where we were along the way as well as what to expect when we arrived at our destination. Her sense of humour and knowledge were exceptional. My daughter and I had a wonderful time visiting New York City with Comfort Tours. We loved everything about the tour; from our very charming host, Natasha and our kind bus driver, Ken and the excellent itinerary. I was impressed at the number of stops we took to and from NYC. There was much to see during the morning tours which helped us to decide what we wanted to do in the afternoon and evening. Natasha was a wealth of information and had lots of tips for us. The documentaries shown on the bus were very good and informative. She even went as far as arranging for taxi pick-ups when we got back to the drop spots in Canada. The hotel was very lovely and the breakfast buffet was excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable time. I would highly recommend this tour - there was absolutely no downside and I look forward to travelling with Comfort Tours in the future. - Linda

My two teenage sons and I just returned from our March Break trip to New York City with Comfort Tours. I wanted to express our great appreciation to Natasha, the fabulous Tour Director, and Ken, the amazing Denny's Bus Driver. Thanks to them we experienced a trip we will never forget. We enjoyed every stage of the journey. We felt we were travelling in luxury. We returned home with so many wonderful memories and so much knowledge. We had great laughs and enjoyed meeting the great people in our tour group. Our sore feet at the end of the day told us we had enjoyed New York to the maximum. We hope to see Natasha and Ken again on another Comfort Tours trip.
