I took a tour to NYC with my family, and I still cannot get over how much I enjoyed it. Ken made driving in NYC look easy, and he never once lost his temper. He was always on time, and always waited with a helping hand as we boarded the bus. And Joe our tour director made sure everyone stayed together, and ensured we never had a dull moment. At one point the traffic was really bad and we weren't really moving, so he put on Elvis and started dancing. You can really tell that he cared about all of us. When the group would get separated at times he would ensure everyone found their way back, and when we were heading home, you could see the relief flood over his face (because we were all accounted for). He genuinely does care about his group, and that showed. I really appreciate what Ken and Joe did for us, and I just wanted to express my gratitude towards them. My family and I plan on using comfort tours again. When you have a driver and a tour guide who have your best interests at heart, you trust them enough to relax and really enjoy your trip. Thanks Ken and Joe :)
