Just wanted to say how impressed we were with our driver John and our tour manager Gerda. Two of the best!!! It was our first bus tour to New York and were very surprised how much we were able to see of the city! It was a busy 2 days but were able to see most of what we really wanted to see with very informative guides. Would recommend Comfort Tours and would use them again for sure! It is with great pleasure that I am referring to my last tour undertaken to Chicago. Till now I am savouring the delights that I encountered during the trip. Without any hesitation I aver the great experience I acquired through the trip in the context of history and geography and human relation. Very soon we all became one family and gathered together. We were graced to have the explanations of our gracious guide (Pam and Ken). We were not at all bored even on board we were having educational games with marvellous prizes. My husband and I were on the Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa & 1,000 Island bus tour this past weekend (Sept 12-14). This was our first bus tour and we were more than impressed, not only with what we saw and learned on the local tours but also with Joe, our tour guide, and Patty, our bus driver. They were a great combination. Joe provided us with ongoing entertainment on the bus with jokes, interesting stories, dance moves, great music and good movies. What a great guy! Patty is an amazing driver and displayed great calm and ingenuity when faced with road obstacles such as lane closures for the bicycle race in Quebec City. She got us where we had to go safely and on time. A truly lovely lady as well! Can't say enough about these two, they are AMAZING. Also met some wonderful people on the tour, not only from Canada but also from Australia, South Africa, England, Germany and Switzerland. There was also a mix of ages on the tour from seniors like ourselves to 40 some-things, even had a grandmother with her 10 year old grand-daughter. Everyone was super friendly and mixed in well. Would highly recommend Comfort Tours to anyone who is considering a bus trip. Best regards, Halina
