My family and I returned from our NYC tour August 17th and we can't stop talking about what a wonderful time we had. I found that the tour guide has an important role on how the trip turns out. Our tour guide, Eliane was amazing she was so knowledgeable about the city. And, she was always there to help, she interacted with everyone. She never stopped! She made the group feel as a whole, she didn't single anyone out. We felt like one big happy family! Our driver Patty was a great driver! I still don't know how she managed to drive that bus through the streets of NYC. She was so patient and competent. Eliane and Patty are a great team. Sad when the tour was over, but we are now thinking of taking another tour. Thank you for the memories, Patricia, Tim and Gianluca

I am in awe at the professional approach both your tour guide Eliane and Greg the driver dealt with the difficult conditions of driving in NYC, I love driving myself, but not sure if I would have enjoyed driving there. Eliane is a delight, puts you in your place before you have time to get out of it, so you know where you stand. I think considering that you do these tours over a weekend, is incredible. I would like to thank Pam and Ken for an excellent adventure. Taking a bus tour is definitely the way to go. The time on the bus just flew by because there was always something going on, from movies to games to getting information or quiet time for napping. I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Cape Cod and the beach. We could have used more time there and at Plymouth Rock. The days just were not long enough. Pam and Ken were both extremely professional and cared about all their passengers, providing everyone with the best possible experience. Thank you.
