I am in awe at the professional approach both your tour guide Eliane and Greg the driver dealt with the difficult conditions of driving in NYC, I love driving myself, but not sure if I would have enjoyed driving there. Eliane is a delight, puts you in your place before you have time to get out of it, so you know where you stand. I think considering that you do these tours over a weekend, is incredible. I would like to thank Pam and Ken for an excellent adventure. Taking a bus tour is definitely the way to go. The time on the bus just flew by because there was always something going on, from movies to games to getting information or quiet time for napping. I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Cape Cod and the beach. We could have used more time there and at Plymouth Rock. The days just were not long enough. Pam and Ken were both extremely professional and cared about all their passengers, providing everyone with the best possible experience. Thank you. I would recommend this trip to anyone going to Boston and hopefully in the near future I will be able to go on another Comfort Tours trip. Clare F.

My husband and I along with friends of ours returned last night from the Boston tour with your Tour Director Pam and Driver Ken. We can't tell you how pleased we were with absolutely everything! Information was continuously being provided even if it was about traffic so we always knew what was going on and you'd think the two of them had spent their life in Boston for how knowledgeable they were. We could of set our watches on them for how precise timing was when it came to pick ups and getting us to our next destination. Ken's driving skills really came out when he did all sorts of detouring to get us all home safe through the flooding. All we can say is we won't hesitate to travel with Comfort tours again...and of course it would be awesome if we could do another trip with Pam and Ken. Peter and Teresa
