The trip was amazing! Just what we needed. The coach, hotel and local guides were great, but best of all was having both Sandra and Cam as our tour manager and driver. They were friendly and fun and Terry and I chatted with them at stops and at the hotel and hugged them goodbye at the end. Cam was patient and kind and drove out of his way to take us to the Olympic Park (see one of the attached pictures) and Sandra shared her funny personal and professional stories with us. Overall, I fully recommend this tour and would do other tours again with your company. Five stars all the way! Nadine.

Having just done NYC with Comfort Tours about a couple of weeks before and enjoyed it that much, I thought that experience could be equaled but not beat. It was! Chicago was the best! The whole Chicago experience was great. The city has amazing architecture and interesting trendy spots like Rush St. (the Gold Coast of Chicago) where you can just sit and people watch, while enjoying a gelato. For the hard core shopper, you have the Magnificent Mile and Oak Street, doesn’t get more high end than that never mind Fifth Avenue in New York, this is better. Our tour director was Eliane and she was very interactive, extremely helpful and engaged the whole time, made a solo traveller feel very comfortable and never left out. The tour driver was Ken and he was fantastic as well, and very patient. I am now sitting here trying to decide whether to book Chicago or to do Boston. I am torn; it is a hard decision to make because Chicago was just so memorable. I’ll decide soon and you will see me back yet again. - Helen S.

My husband and I just returned from the Boston excursion. Our guide was Pam and our driver was Wayne. It rained pretty much the entire time we did the Boston tour on Friday, but that didn’t damped our spirits. Pam was always upbeat and so concerned about her soggy travelers. She was flexible and always aware of the groups needs and desires. Pam is very knowledgeable of the area and paid attention to all the details. Our second day, down to Cape Cod (beautiful weather) and then back to Boston late in the afternoon and the evening, was amazing. Pam kept us entertained on the bus, both going down and coming back. This made the trip very enjoyable and seemed to fly by. Wayne was such an agreeable driver, dropping passengers off at special areas, going back to pick them up. Both Pam and Wayne made our Boston experience special. This was our second Comfort Tour and we have already booked our third. Off to Chicago in the Fall. Lynn and Mike

This was my second trip with Comfort Tours and I was well satisfied that the company and its representatives did everything possible to ensure I had an enjoyable visit. I was somewhat of a special case...male, 83, and on my own but Natasha made every effort to include me. She is very professional in her manner, knowledgeable, patient, caring and approachable. I felt she handled a large group of 48 very efficiently. The city guide in New York was exceptional and certainly one of the highlights. The hotel and motor coach were first class. Keep in mind that you cannot please everybody but because of my age, decreased stamina, and an injured knee I found the 5 hours of free time both days in the city were too much for me. For others it may not have been enough. At any rate Natasha made certain that I knew the location and alternate transportation to get back to the hotel in New Jersey. I will definitely travel again with Comfort Tours in fact I have a friend who would like to go as well to Boston or Chicago. This will mean that I have to purchase two singles because we won't be sharing a room. Thank you for another memorable experience. Paul
