We booked the New York Tour because the date landed on our 50th Anniversary.
We really lucked out, had Gerda as our tour director, talk about awesome!
She was flowing with information and was able to answer every question asked of her.
Always in a great happy mood, no matter what the situation.
We saw so much of New York, it was unbelievable, having travelled many
many places, never had such a remarkable time as this tour!
Our driver was John, we must mention him, a fantastic driver and
handled every situation that came up with a smile, felt so safe with
him at the wheel.

We had a wonderful tour to Chicago, so full of interesting places and things to learn. Amazed by Natasha's background of knowledge which she shared with us in memorable anecdotes. Ken was a patient and competent driver, very accommodating.

My friend and I have just completed a tour to NYC with Comfort Tours. What a wonderful experience. Having never been on a bus tour before I had no idea what to expect. What a delight to have such a knowledgeable and fun tour director Gerda and fantastic driver John. It is so obvious that both of these people love their job as they go above and beyond to ensure everyone's experience is a great one. Definitely will book another tour with this company. Very impressed.

The trip was amazing! Just what we needed. The coach, hotel and local guides were great, but best of all was having both Sandra and Cam as our tour manager and driver. They were friendly and fun and Terry and I chatted with them at stops and at the hotel and hugged them goodbye at the end. Cam was patient and kind and drove out of his way to take us to the Olympic Park (see one of the attached pictures) and Sandra shared her funny personal and professional stories with us. Overall, I fully recommend this tour and would do other tours again with your company. Five stars all the way!

Having just done NYC with Comfort Tours about a couple of weeks before and enjoyed it that much, I thought that experience could be equaled but not beat. It was! Chicago was the best! The whole Chicago experience was great. The city has amazing architecture and interesting trendy spots like Rush St. (the Gold Coast of Chicago) where you can just sit and people watch, while enjoying a gelato. For the hard core shopper, you have the Magnificent Mile and Oak Street, doesn’t get more high end than that never mind Fifth Avenue in New York, this is better. Our tour director was Eliane and she was very interactive, extremely helpful and engaged the whole time, made a solo traveller feel very comfortable and never left out. The tour driver was Ken and he was fantastic as well, and very patient. I am now sitting here trying to decide whether to book Chicago or to do Boston. I am torn; it is a hard decision to make because Chicago was just so memorable. I’ll decide soon and you will see me back yet again.
