I just wanted to tell you that we had an excellent trip. Rick is worth everything you are paying him - he was fantastic - his knowledge of New York, his stories, advice on what to do and where to go (and what "not" to do and where "not" to go) were dead-on. His sensitivity to a few in-firm travelers with wheelchairs was very impressive and he handled their needs in a way that did not impact on any of the other travelers. And, Greg - the bus driver - again, he is worth everything that you are paying him - I have never seen (and I doubt I ever will see) a more experienced driver. He navigated the streets of NY as if he was driving a small compact car. He was always on time and went the extra mile when travelers wanted to be dropped off at different locations in the city and even when we were back in Canada. Finally, "Eugene" as our NY Tour Guide was top notch - he made the tour and the city more interesting than I expected. I hope to travel with you again some time soon. Best regards, John and Elaine G

Hello Comfort Tour! We did your Boston trip May 16-19 and we had a fabulous time. Pam, our tour director was a wealth of knowledge and so much fun despite the fact that she was in pain from hurting her leg the day before. Ken, was our driver and he was fabulous. He drove through the streets of Boston like he was driving a car. We had fun on the way down and on the way back with plenty of stops along the way for the washroom, shopping and eating. Boston is a fascinating city and we can't wait to go again hopefully in October 2015 for the Halloween weekend which Pam highly recommended. We travelled with you last October to New York City and had so much fun, we just had to go on another trip with you. In May 2015, we hope to do your Chicago trip. We highly recommend your trips to anyone that asks. Thanks again! Cindy and Isabel

Dear staff of Comfort Tours, My trip to New York on a 22nd May was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Every aspect of this tour was very well organized and to my satisfaction. Hotel (New Jersey) and the staff were nice and helpful, Natasha (tour guide) informative, approachable, and helpful – I loved her. Always ready to share the “story”. We had enough time for shopping, exploring and enjoying. Our driver Ken was excellent and thanks to him and his experience we did not have any problems going through the city. I would recommend Comfort Tours to passengers of all ages (I already did  ). It is absolutely amazing. Thank You ALL for such an amazing experience. It was a wonderful and eventful trip. Only realized after returning home how much there was to see and do and that I have not even come close to seeing and doing most of it. Should do this again, soon perhaps, I have only been back 2 weeks after all, but in the meantime, I have just booked Chicago with you and hoping it will be just as exciting, with lots to see and do. Was very tempted to do NY again, just goes to show how much I enjoyed it but just decided to do Chicago this time and NY or Boston next time. Our tour guide was Gerda an interesting lively personality and Nicole the Tour Bus Driver was truly amazing in her ability to maneuver through the streets of Manhattan with such ease. All in all a great trip! Helen
