I just completed a New York tour with Comfort Tours. My wife and I Diane would like to thank the Tour Director (Julie Cook) and our Driver (Ken) for a Great time in our lives. Nothing is ever perfect but they sure did their best to make it so. Patience and consideration was present and as a fellow passenger their tolerance was amazing. It takes a certain personality to handle all these different personalities and our crew did a tremendous job. The Hotel was great a bit far from New York but GREAT. We recommend Comfort Tour to all. `We were very pleased with the tour to NYC. It was well thought out in every detail. Our tour director, Natasha , was very professional, pleasant with a great sense of humour. The DVD’s on the bus were very informative. The bus driver, Greg was super. The hotel, the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick was a pleasant surprise, our breakfast each morning was delicious. We just returned yesterday and wanted to tell you we enjoyed the tour very much. Natasha was very entertaining and attentive. Never a dull moment and always there to help. Greg, our driver was incredible. He moved that monster bus around the streets of NYC like it was a Smart car and never once lost his cool on the NY cabbies and other idiot drivers. I even offered to curse them out for him but he declined. He also went out of his way to take us to photo ops and convenient drop offs not on the route. He is truly a professional. Eugene, our City guide, was also great. Very colorful, informative and entertaining. All of the people with us were very nice and friendly, that is a big plus. This was my first bus tour, while Phyllis has been on many. She said it as one of the best and I was pleasantly surprised. Bill & Phyllis Burlington, Ontario
