Hello, I enjoyed very much the tour to NYC. All was very well organized, the bus was comfortable, the hotel very good. I liked the exact informations from the chief Joe and the good driving experience of the driver. It will be possible that I come back to Canada and book the tour to Montreal and Quebec. Cannot rate Pam and Ken highly enough. Lovely sense of humour, both of them, Ken is a wonderful and safe driver and Pam most competent and friendly. Cannot fault either of them.
