What our passengers are saying?
We had wonderful holiday. our first trip to Europe and our first bus trip. Saw lots of wonderful places and made some new friends. Everything went very smoothly and was very well run. Our tour guide Eliane was terrific and went over and above to book a side trip for 14 of us to Vimy Ridge. Would love to take another trip in the future with her as guide. Great experience.

My friend and I had a wonderful time on our trip to Boston.
We were impressed with the accommodations and certainly with Ken our driver. He is an excellent driver and very friendly and helpful. We have nothing but praise for our tour guide, Pam. She kept us informed and entertained us with funny stories, videos and music.
It was a great trip.

We are pleased to give a testimonial. We were on the Chicago bus tour September 26th to 29th with Natasha as our tour guide and Wayne as the bus driver. We observed that Natasha & Wayne work very well as a team and it was obvious that they enjoyed working together!
Natasha: She is an excellent tour guide. We could not believe the knowledge of Chicago and any question asked was answered very professionally and without hesitation. Natasha also made our journey fun and informative. She knew all our names and called us by name the first stop. Amazing memory! We will be inquiring if she will be our tour guide the next time we book a trip with Comfort tours. If we had to rate Natasha it would be 11 out of 10!
Wayne: He is an excellent bus driver. He was always very courteous and friendly when speaking to passengers. He also drove the bus professionally and very safely. We felt very safe while on the highways with Wayne. Again, we will be inquiring if he is driving the bus our next trip with Comfort Tours. If we had to rate Wayne it would be 11 out of 10!
We found the tour of Chicago very well organized and very well explained. There was so much history and information we learned that we were not aware of. Natasha explained the buildings, the lake, the river, and all the venues we were taken to, very well and we enjoyed all that we saw and took part in.
The only stop I would not want to go back to was Manny's, the cafeteria style lunch. We found this restaurant very expensive, food not hot and also, food not good.
The hotel we stayed at was the Hilton on the McDonald's Campus and found this hotel beautiful and clean. The only regret was we had no time to go on walking paths or enjoy the amenities the hotel had to offer. It would have been nice to have one more day to relax and enjoy all the hotel had to offer. The breakfasts were amazing and we were impressed by the selections offered. The staff working at the hotel as well as in the restaurant were very friendly and courteous, as well as helpful.
One suggestion regarding the trip home. We stopped at a grocery store, especially for washroom break and to pick up something for lunch. We did not stop again until 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Birch Run outlet mall and here we were suppose to factor in having something to eat. We feel it would be better to either stop at a restaurant for lunch or dinner. I know there is a tight schedule as you never know how long it is going to take to cross the boarder.
This was our first trip with Comfort Tours and I would recommend to any of our friends or family. We look forward to going on another trip with Comfort Tours next year. Thank you all at Comfort Tours for making travelling a very enjoyable and fun experience.

My testimonial for the New York tour with Marilyn and Greg was wonderful. I can't believe Greg's ability to drive through such traffic. He went well and beyond his responsibilities to get us to the Met. Marilyn was so informative and friendly. The hotel was great as well. Loved the tour and more than looking forward to the next one.

Recently six of us went to Chicago Sept 26 - Sept 29th with Comfort Tours. We all enjoyed the trip very much. Our tour guide Natasha was very informative, very pleasant and entertaining. The bus driver Wayne was fantastic and he even provided us with water at his own expense, which I thought was very nice. I learned so much about the history of Chicago that I never knew before this trip. Natasha really knows her stuff. She was also great on recommending places to visit and gave us all a lot of good pointers which were very helpful. We all felt it was great value with all that was included, like the tours, the hotel and the lovely breakfast. Chicago is beautiful and clean city. In fact I liked it better than NY, which was a trip I did two years ago with Comfort Tours. The only thing I didn't like was having only two hours at Birch Run Outlets. I understand that it is a long trip home, so time was a factor. I would highly recommend Comfort Tours to anyone.
