My Friend Fred Haddock and I wanted to contact you to advise you on what an excellent tour we had. Carole Hartley and Driver Patti from Denny Coach Lines made the trip a success as far as we were concerned. Driver Patti is an excellent driver and we were really impressed with her driving experience. Patti really new her way around the City and navigated us through some tight spots. Patti was very personable and the trip was a happy one. Carole Hartley is an excellent tour guide. She made the trip a very pleasant one and always kept us laughing. She has an excellent personality and put her all into keeping us all occupied. We feel she went over and above the call of a tour guide due to her passion for tour guiding. Our hats are off to both of the girls and you need to congratulate them on behalf of Fred and I, and I am sure the rest of the tourists on the bus felt the same way about both Patti and Carole. My husband and I, along with friends, just returned from your 4 day trip to New York City (3 – 6 Oct 13). We couldn’t have been more pleased. Our tour guide, Carol, was amazing and so very knowledgeable, kind, and looked after us so well. Patty, our bus driver, was plain amazing, how she maneuvered through the Manhattan traffic was unbelievable. What we saw in such a short period of time was unthinkable if we had been on our own. The Hyatt was a lovely friendly hotel, and my husband loved, loved the breakfasts. And not to forget the other 46 people on the bus who made our trip memorable as well. We recently returned from the London and Paris tour (September 19-28) and just wanted to say what a great trip we had. We felt is was a good mix of scheduled and free time and we were very happy with our accommodations in both cities. The tours in both London and Paris were well organized and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. Eliane our tour director was superb. She went above and beyond and we particularly want to thank her for helping us to arrange our day trip to Vimy Ridge. It was one of our best days and in our opinion a must see place for all Canadians. We would definitely travel with Comfort Tours again. Thank you. Holly & Terry

We were aboard bus A with Carole and Patty on the trip which ran Oct 3rd to 6th. We wish to say what a fantastic time we had and the girls were splendid the whole time.
