Thanksgiving weekend I went on the Boston/Salem tour and as usual I was very impressed. This is my 3rd tour with Comfort Tour and everytime is wonderful. The hotels, itinerary, guides and drivers are top of the line. This time I had Pam and Ken, who were outstanding and entertaining as well as informative. Comfort Tour is a well priced way to travel as well as a fun way to travel. I will be seeing you again in the spring. Charlene

Travelled to Montreal and New York with Comfort in the last two weeks. Great service (both agency and tour guides). Natasha and Carole were exceptional. The bus drivers were safe, patient and co-operative (Cam and Paddy). Overall very good experience. Will try the Washington tour next year with Comfort. Suggestions: WiFi in the buses and paper holders behind the backrest of the seats to keep the itinerary, maps etc. Thanks Deva

My sister and I traveled with your tour to New York City and we had a wonderful time!! What a great deal it was and to mention JOE our tour guide was very patient ,polite and organized movies,music and information on the bus.CAM our bus driver was great as well very friendly and managed to drive us around busy MANHATTAN, TIMES SQUARE ,everywhere else and safely back home!!! The HYATT was wonderful and so was the breakfast. We managed to enjoy the pool and hot tub after a long day in the city.While in NEW YORK CITY as well as our preplanned tours we had lots of time to see the sights and shop!!!! Dear Comfort Tours: My mom and I had a great time visiting NYC for the first time (we should have done it sooner!). Anyway, our bus driver, Pattie was truly an amazing driver and managed to divert an accident from some crazy driver which stopped and then reversed on the Jersey Turnpike because he/she missed their exit. She was friendly and knowledgeable and the bus was clean and comfortable for a long-haul trip. Our tour guide, Carole Hartley, was funny, friendly and very knowledgeable throughout the entire trip. She shared many wonderful and humourous stories to keep us entertained. Also, the New York City tour guide, John, was really knowledgeable and well-spoken so thank you for arranging him as he explained all the important landmarks and history behind everything possible in one day. The hotel was clean, nice and the breakfast was delicious and good quality. Overall, the trip was well-organized and everyone was friendly including our fellow passengers. There was so many things to see in NYC but of course we didn’t get to see them all which is why we need to go back. I would also consider going on the other tours with Comfort Tours and will certainly recommend it to my friends, colleagues and my mom will do the same. Sincerely, Grace and Eva
