My Mom and I just returned from NYC with our tour guide Carole and bus driver John. Both were awesome. Carole had many fun stories of her adventures in travel and was very knowledgeable of everywhere we went. She was also very considerate of everyone's needs and accommodated whenever she could. I was amazed at John's expertise driving skills in the madness of Manhattan. I always felt very safe and well cared for by both John and Carole. Hello Comfort Tours Canada – My adult daughter and I just returned from a fabulous Comfort Tour trip to New York City! We had a wonderful time. Our trip was all the more enjoyable because of two very special, professional and dedicated people – John, our bus driver and Carole, our tour guide. We enjoyed the itinerary – City touring in the morning with lots of free time after -- it was a good mix of both. The Hyatt Hotel was great – comfortable beds, a spacious guest room, and a truly delicious hot breakfast buffet. Thank you Comfort Tours for offering a package that gave us so much at a very reasonable price. And thank you to John for his excellent driving skills – no matter what the situation he never lost his cool with the horrendous traffic or with his “people on the bus”. And thank you to Carole for the personal attention she gave to each of us, her great stories, and her wonderful sense of humour. Just returned from our 4 day trip to New York City. We really enjoyed ourselves and loved the city. The best part of our journey was Carole, our Tour Guide and John, the Bus Driver.Both went out of their way to ensure that we had an excellent experience. Their first concern was always for the passengers. They provided a fun time with excellent knowledge and worthwhile tips. To our surprise we even felt safe on the N.Y. subway, thanks to their reassurance. It was really surprising how fast 4 days went by. A word too about the great staff at our hotel (Hyatt). They were excellent and we enjoyed staying there. You made a great choice in selecting this hotel. We're looking forward to our next trip -Boston - and we hope it will be with Carole & John.
