I had the pleasure of going on tour to NYC on August 15/2013 with my two daughters. Our tour guide was Eliane. It was my first time travelling on a guided Bus Tour to New York and it was quit a pleasant experience. We left on time, everything when according to schedule. Our tour guide was amazing. She ensured we were comfortable, and all of us accounted for when we made stops to difference locations and washrooms breaks. She pointed out points of interest and give us a history during our journey and was quite entertaining as well. Eliane was always available to answer our question and concerns. She provided us with maps of the City and Subways so we could explore during our free time. Our driver, John was also quite experience and did a great job driving through New York City, especially busy Manhattan. We enjoyed our trip and will certainly go again Sincerely Yasmin

Dear Comfort Tours, My husband and I took the 3 cities bus tour on Aug 30-Sep 1. It was our first time taking a bus tour and we enjoyed it immensely! The tour was very well organized and our tour guide, Ronnie was absolutely amazing! She was always cheerful in spite of the gloomy weather and to pass the time on the bus, she would tell us wonderful stories, she's an amazing story-teller! Needless to say, Montreal and Quebec City were so beautiful and full of history....being American, it is a shame that we aren't taught much of Canadian history in school. Our tour guide in Quebec City, Jean was the best guide ever! Having lived there his entire life, he was very passionate about the history of Quebec and it was so evident that he loves what he does...that tour of Quebec, albeit short, was my favorite part of the trip! Visiting Ottawa, as beautiful as the Parliament building is, was a waste of time, our time there was too rushed, so we weren't able to see much and we only had one hour to explore the famous Byward Market. However, the 1000 Island boat cruise was beautiful and relaxing and perfect ending to an enjoyable trip! Hope to see Ronnie again on future trips with Comfort Tours! Safe travels! Lydia D.

Eliane (Tour director) and Cam(Driver) was very accommodating and it feels like travelling with friends. I also liked that the itinerary are very clear. Would definitely recommend comfort tours =) - Nancy

Good afternoon I travelled with my 11 year old grandson and we both enjoy the trip. It was the first time for us in Quebec City and Ottawa and it was a wonderful experience for us. We got to each city on time. The tour guides add a lot to the experience and I must say the tour guide for Quebec City was awesome. I got value for the money spent and I would recommend this tour to anyone. One recommendation I have because we spend so much time on the road it would be great that we have some cartoon or movie for the kids. Dahlia
