Dear Comfort Tours, My parents, Miguel and Norma joined the NY Tour last Aug 22-25,2013. They were all praises with Gerda and John as they took care of their group very well. I too am very impressed from the time I booked their tour as I had some questions and emailed and got a very quick reply from Veronica who was very helpful. The night before the trip, Gerda also called our home and was very accommodating and assuring with all of my mom's questions and concerns. My mom has told Gerda that she is living up to the company's name, giving "comfort" to the customers. Thank you Gerda! and thank you John for bringing them home safely and early.
