We traveled on the 4 day trip to Washington July 18-21/13. Natasha was the tour guide and she was wonderful, as well as Wayne our bus driver. I was traveling with a gentleman that I support with Autism and Epilepsy, everybody was truly wonderful and excepting of him. We were able to see a lot and Natasha was very knowledgeable. The step on guide in Washington was very nice and new a lot. The gentleman that I was traveling with got very ill on the bus ride home and Natasha and Wayne were very helpful and accommodating. The other passengers were all very helpful. I would definitely travel with Comfort Tours again. - Amanda

The NYC tour was fantastic! There is nothing that could have been done to make this trip better! I took my daughter for her 16th birthday, and it was a great trip full of priceless memories. There is no possible way to see as many sights and learn so much about the city by traveling on your own. The bus trip was made fun by Rick and his interesting commentary, movies, music and quizzes with fun prizes. It was a real pleasure to travel with Rick. John was a very skilled and competent driver, who made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and safe, and that we saw all the sights close up. He even sold water for a great price, saving us a bunch of money. I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting NYC for the first time. I also suggest it is best for those that can do a lot of walking. We also used the subway without any problems. We were amazed how clean, safe and friendly the city was. Thank You very much for asking my opinion, yes I did enjoy my trip with my sister and a close friend to New York. I liked the way it was all planned and organized, it was a pleasure to have Eliane as our guide and Greg as our Driver.All went smooth and pleasant, if i travel again in the future in this type of vacation i will definitely use the Comfort Tour Canada. I recently returned from a fabulous trip to NYC, the "Big Apple". This was my first trip with Comfort Tours but it certainly will not be the last. I was so impressed by our driver, Cam, and our guide, Pam. They are an excellent team. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The tour was interesting and fun. Pam went out of her way to make this long drive fly by. We played games and she entertained us with funny stories and some of my favourite movies. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was also very accommodating. Thank you for a fantastic and relaxing getaway - Tanya
