We travelled on your NYC bus tour, June 28 - July 1. It was a wonderful trip! We were given a great orientation tour of the city and main sights to see, as well as a boat tour with fantastic city and harbour views. It was a great mix of group time, and free time to see the city on our own. Ronnie is a lovely tour guide, so friendly and funny, what a great asset to your company! Greg is a great driver, he got us to the city safely in bad weather, and navigated those crazy city streets to get us around to the sights! Our tour guide in NYC was informative too. And nice hotel in New Jersey, we really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you! --Daniela S.

Went on the NYC tour June 28 to July 1. This was my second tour with the company and again was a fantastic trip!! Our driver Patty and tour guide Suzanne were amazing. Patty's driving was very impressive esp during the drive down in torrential rain. Suzanne kept us entertained with wonderful stories, quizzes, treats. She also has a wonderful laugh (and wake up call, haha)! The only issue we had was the break down of the bus, radiator blew. This can happen to anyone, anywhere. We were on out way again after a few hours on another bus, just an addition adventure to our trip:). I have to say though that during this time both Patty and Suzanne made this delay enjoyable. They got out any food they had, including dip they bought for themselves, and made a tray of food for us to munch on. We all had lots of laughs until we were on another bus that took us to our stops! They went the extra mile!! Comfort tours is very lucky to have both of them working for them, they are wonderful , professional, and hope to travel with them again! I just returned from the Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Thousand Islands tour June 29 to July 1 and I want to say that it was an amazing trip. Reena was a great bus guide, and Simon was a very good driver. Ottawa was pretty much closed down due to the Canada Day festivities, perhaps this is not the best time to go to the nation's capital, but we saw lots and had wonderful city guides. I will travel with your company again in the future. If you have any coupons, I welcome them. - Suzana P.

Thank you for asking for our feedback, well let me start by saying that we were very fortunate in getting Christine our Tour Guide and Wayne our driver on our tour to N.Y. city, they were incredible in the way they did their job. They both were very professional and knowledgeable in what they do, plus they had a great sense of humor which we appreciated a lot.
