Other than being somewhat tired we had a wonderful trip to Washington! This was our 1st bus tour together and we had a great time even though we had 2 days of solid rain. Our bus driver Ken was fabulous - a great guy and a wonderful driver. Eliane was an excellent tour guide with a sense of humour and patience! Our accommodations were good as well. My only negative comment would be the lack of conveniences on the bus. There was no place to put a bottle of water, or cup of coffee or any item. Although it was great to be able to have food/beverage on the bus, i t was quite difficult juggling your drink while trying to look at something or have something to eat, also the chance of spilling and/or burning oneself. We were very impressed with everything we saw in such a short time. Thank you very much. Barb.

We traveled on your June 6 - 9 trip to New York and must first give a huge THANK YOU to our driver Greg. A highly experienced and knowledgeable driver for sure. It rained heavily for the first two days and despite that he navigated us there and in and around New York with ease...and then there was Ronnie our tour guide. I have never met a person so suited for a job than her. She bent over backwards to help any and all with whatever they needed and was genuinely happy to do so. As I said it rained heavily for the first two days and had it not been for her and her larger than life personality we would not have had as good a time as we did have. Our accommodations were also good as were the selections on the buffet breakfasts. I would recommend Comfort tours to anyone and travel again with you. Joan S.

My husband and I would like to express our great pleasure with our tour guide, Ronnie, to New York City. She was fabulous. Ronnie was completely in her element doing this tour. She went out of her way to accommodate everyone. I would take another one with her. The tour, itself, was jammed packed. Our tour guide in New York City was very good and informative and made the best of the bad weather conditions. The only negative thing we can say is we would have enjoyed more time at our hotel and also exploring New Brunswick, NJ. Greg and Janis Scott

My friend and I recently returned from our Chicago trip. We both enjoyed it very much. Our host Gerda was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone that has not been to Chicago. There are however a couple of things I would like to mention: the hotel although lovely was too far from downtown for those folks wishing to spend the evening in Chicago. It’s a long day, in the same clothes, if one wants to freshen up before heading out for the evening. I imagine this would only apply to a handful of people as most chose to return to the hotel at 7:30. The driver Wayne was also friendly, helpful, a careful driver and very accommodating. I personally found the seating on the bus somewhat confining, with no place to put a drink or a coffee and no seat back pockets for reading material, etc. This is a minor point and perhaps nothing can be done about it, but thought I should mention it. All in all everyone seemed to have a good time and the group was all very friendly. Would be interested in doing a future trip to Washington as I have not been there.
