Our family took the NYC tour this past long weekend and although I had lots of fears about taking this tour with my daughter we still went and we are very glad we did. We all had such a fabulous time and thanks to Christine and Greg we had a fun safe and very thorough trip we didn't have to worry about anything except being on time. Comfort tours hired a tour guide from NYC named Hardy who provided us with great information on important parts of the city. He was great. Christine told us it was her first tour but you would never know by how organized and thorough she was very accommodating and a very sweet person we really enjoyed getting to know her. 4 days on a bus can be a scary thing but in this case we met all wonderful people. Greg the bus driver encountered some scary turns in the road and in the dark but handled it like a champ also very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone to take this tour. The trip to Boston was fabulous! Absolutely amazing and fantastic sights and scenery! Pam, our tour guide was very nice!

I recently travelled on one of new york tour and we (My wife and me) really enjoyed on trip.
Tour was so organised and planned that we did not face any issue or felt regret to hire comfort tour.
Tour guide (Rick) and driver (Patty) were really nice and friendly with everyone. They never fed up with the thousand of questions from tourist. I really appreciate their behaviour and knowledge about this tour.
I compared new york tour with one of my friend who travelled same day their own and i really felt that i did not make any mistake choosing comfort tour.
Looking forward for another tour soon....

I had an absolutely wonderful time! The trip was very well organized and comfortable from start to finish. Our tour director, Marilyn, was the epitome of professionalism, friendliness, and organization. It is very obvious that she puts a lot of thought into the smallest of details and tidbits of information. One of the aspects I particularly appreciated was the ease of checking into the hotel on Friday night. Marilyn asked us to remain on the bus, went in for about 5-7 minutes, and exited with all our room keys. It was so nice not to have to deal with the hassles of checking in individually after a long day of traveling. Our driver Cam was excellent – he handled last minute adjustments with great flexibility. He was on time all the time and very helpful. The tours were excellent and well-planned, we hit all the highlights.
I would definitely travel with Comfort tours again and will recommend you to others. Looking forward to my next trip!

Hi, in one word, Fabulous !! I can’t say enough about Pam and Ken, they were simply amazing. My Mom and I had such a wonderful time on this Trip. It was my mom’s first time on a Bus tour and my first time with Comfort tours and it was a great experience for both of us. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip, being with my mom and also feeling well taken care of by both Pam and Ken. They were so helpful and informed about Boston they really made the trip great. I will definitely be looking at taking another Comfort tour trip with my mom and possibly with other friends that couldn’t make it this time around. Thank you again for such a great time, you have some very special people working for you and we really appreciate everything they did to make this trip special for us.
The only thing that I feel could be improved are the accommodations, the hotel was not what I had expected and it was relatedly clean but definitely dated. If there are any suggestions I’d make it is to try another hotel.
Once again can not tell you enough how great Pam and Ken were! Looking forward to dealing with your company again on another tour soon.
