Morning, just letting you know we had a wonderful time on the Boston trip. Pam & Ken went out of their way to accommodate the people when ever the need arose. Tons of info, handouts were good, enjoyed the stories& jokes. All around relaxing time. We enjoyed the cities & all that was presented to us, the food choices- thanks to the guides advice was excellent. This was our second trip -last one was to New York 2012, we look forward to another adventure with comfort tours in the future . Will their be a trip to Salem Ma. in October-we'd love to explore that area as well.

Wow, what a great trip and what a beautiful city. It was a jam packed weekend with many interesting sights. You have a real gem on your staff with Pam. You can tell she loves what she does and she’s such a natural at it. I especially liked how Pam got us to interact with each other, having made new friends on this trip. And what can we say about Ken. He was so calm and also seemed to enjoy what he does, a true gentleman. He is also a great asset to your company. Pam and Ken make a good team together. I’ve attached a group photo as well as a photo of the four of us (in the order of Dolores, Rose, myself and Barb along with Ken and Pam). It was a great weekend. Nancy

My sister Irene and myself thoroughly enjoyed our recent Boston tour. the tour guides and the driver were excellent and we hope to have another tour next year. Only regret was the 3 hour delays at border crossing due to holiday.

Just wanted to give you some feedback. We went on the New York tour May 17 to May 20, 2013. It was a great introduction to the city, as I nor my husband have been there before. The weather was really lousy, but other than that, all was well. We met new people and had a great experience. Natasha is a gift from Russia! She went out of her way to make sure we were entertained, happy, and well informed. She would not leave until we got our taxi to go home. She was well spoken, friendly and she's a smart cookie!! She is a real asset to your company. I am confident that if I were to go to NYC again, I would definitely be more comfortable getting around there on my own. We will give some thought to other tours with Comfort Tours.
