I enjoyed and appreciate the way tour was conducted. Tour guide, driver and local guides are polite, connect well with people, entertaining and knowledgeable. Hotel stay was comfortable. We were a mixed group of people from different countries and ages, but everyone had something to take-away and wanting to see and do more. :-) One aspect I and others think that needs to be changed is the duration. Considering the long distance traveled, the time allotted at sight-seeing spots is too short. Many of the important places are just shown from moving bus and no stops at all, example Olympic Stadium, Bio-dome  Basilica, Hanging bridge, Botanical Garden, Parliament etc. We suggest the tour be 4 or 5 days, with a night stay at Quebec and stops/free time at important places. I certainly look forward to explore more of Canada with Comfort tours. It will be great if you offer tours to Vancouver, Alberta and various other locations.

We (Tammy and I) thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our New York Bus Tour….May 17-20, 2013. It was such a great experience. It is very difficult to pick just one highlight…..we loved the city and the two shows we seen. Through you, we have gained so much knowledge of the city. You are very organized and punctual. Thank you for giving us precise traveling details, to get back to the hotel on Saturday night and using the subway on Sunday …. We felt safe at all times and seen everything we wanted to see on our first trip to NYC. I went on the New York bus trip may 9 - 12 and it was great! Our tour guide Suzanne was so sweet and very helpful , she knew a lot about the city itself and I love how she provided us with tons of information and maps making New York easier to navigate. I like how she gave us snacks on the bus, I've never experienced this before on a bus tour definitely lived up to the name comfort tours! The one thing I wish is that she would have played more movies during our travels there and back but other than that she was great! The hotel was amazing, great location and me and my friend both had a very comfortable stay. I like how we got to see some unique places in the city like the walk on the high line and the Chelsea Market. Eugene our tour guide for Friday was excellent as well, he knew so much about the city and pointed out a lot of things that I've never seen before although I have travelled to New York 2 times before this trip. One thing that would make this trip a little better is if they let us get off the bus at central park to walk around a little and maybe take us to other spots to shop rather than just times square on our free time. Other than this, it was definitely one of the more memorable trips I've had to New York and the most Comfortable! We had a wonderful time in New York City. Our driver, John kept us safe on the road and entertained us with funny stories. Ronnie, our tour guide has such a charming personality, she is perfect for the job. We did the Chicago trip last year and we will certainly go on more trips in the future.
