My husband and I would like to express our great pleasure with our tour guide, Ronnie, to New York City. She was fabulous. Ronnie was completely in her element doing this tour. She went out of her way to accommodate everyone. I would take another one with her. The tour, itself, was jammed packed. Our tour guide in New York City was very good and informative and made the best of the bad weather conditions. The only negative thing we can say is we would have enjoyed more time at our hotel and also exploring New Brunswick, NJ. Greg and Janis Scott

My friend and I recently returned from our Chicago trip. We both enjoyed it very much. Our host Gerda was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone that has not been to Chicago. There are however a couple of things I would like to mention: the hotel although lovely was too far from downtown for those folks wishing to spend the evening in Chicago. It’s a long day, in the same clothes, if one wants to freshen up before heading out for the evening. I imagine this would only apply to a handful of people as most chose to return to the hotel at 7:30. The driver Wayne was also friendly, helpful, a careful driver and very accommodating. I personally found the seating on the bus somewhat confining, with no place to put a drink or a coffee and no seat back pockets for reading material, etc. This is a minor point and perhaps nothing can be done about it, but thought I should mention it. All in all everyone seemed to have a good time and the group was all very friendly. Would be interested in doing a future trip to Washington as I have not been there. We had a wonderful trip last weekend to Chicago. I would highly recommend this trip,as well as the New York trip last November. We had excellent tour guides and drivers, Natasha, John, Gerda & Wayne, all very knowledgeable safe and friendly people. I would recommend more movies on the bus regarding Chicago on our way down, so we got a feel for Chicago, like we did on our New York trip. Hotels, food, organization, price was excellent, my friends & I will be doing the Boston trip next year for sure. Thank you so much. Judy

Dear Comfort Tours We had a great experience. We were warmly greeted on a Thursday morning by our tour guide Gerda and our bus driver Wayne. Both Gerda and Wayne make a great team. They are very professional and have a great sense of humour with the guests on the bus and with each other. Wayne did an awesome job driving and keeping us all safe. Gerda was very well versed in her knowledge of Chicago. We really enjoyed the accommodations at the Hamburger University. The hotel has beautiful grounds and the breakfast was a great touch. While out and about in Chicago we would see Gerda and she always took the time to say hello and chat with us. The schedule was very well organized with breaks and a good balance of sightseeing and free time. We enjoyed the cruise on the Shoreline boat, in regards to the architecture tour. We enjoyed the tour guide that joined us on the bus, to give us a hands on tour of Chicago (Mike). He was knowledgeable about the train times as well. At the end of the tour it was nice not having to worry about how to get home, because Gerda called us a cab. When we were saying goodbye to everyone on the tour, it was like saying good bye to old friends. It was a great group of people and a great first tour experience! Due to this positive experience we are researching our next bus tour with Comfort Tours! Thanks Doug and Monica
