Dear Comfort Tours We had a great experience. We were warmly greeted on a Thursday morning by our tour guide Gerda and our bus driver Wayne. Both Gerda and Wayne make a great team. They are very professional and have a great sense of humour with the guests on the bus and with each other. Wayne did an awesome job driving and keeping us all safe. Gerda was very well versed in her knowledge of Chicago. We really enjoyed the accommodations at the Hamburger University. The hotel has beautiful grounds and the breakfast was a great touch. While out and about in Chicago we would see Gerda and she always took the time to say hello and chat with us. The schedule was very well organized with breaks and a good balance of sightseeing and free time. We enjoyed the cruise on the Shoreline boat, in regards to the architecture tour. We enjoyed the tour guide that joined us on the bus, to give us a hands on tour of Chicago (Mike). He was knowledgeable about the train times as well. At the end of the tour it was nice not having to worry about how to get home, because Gerda called us a cab. When we were saying goodbye to everyone on the tour, it was like saying good bye to old friends. It was a great group of people and a great first tour experience! Due to this positive experience we are researching our next bus tour with Comfort Tours! Thanks Doug and Monica

Very enjoyable tour. Both Joe and Ken did an excellent job in making us comfortable and ensuring we saw all the sights plus some night time views of the New York Skyline. Kudos to Ken for his driving skills in such heavy traffic. Barb F.

Great Chicago trip, its my 2nd tour with Comfort and really enjoy the trip. The hotel is fantastic. Gerda is a great tour guide. Learned so much about Chicago. The driver Wayne is excellent. Keep the locations coming. Cannot wait till my next trip Kay

Hello Comfort Tour! Our trip to New York City was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was really nice and the breakfast was simply great. They had a omelet station, fruits, yoghurt, bacon, potatoes, cereal and much more. It was like going to a Mexican resort! Absolutely fabulous! The sightseeing tour was also fantastic. Our tour director Joe was really organized and took care of the group really well. Thank you, Joe! We also had a really knowledgeable NYC guide - Eugene, he had plenty of information to tell about the City, and shared some fun facts about local celebrities and new exciting things happening in NYC. Visited Top of the Rock, which was just beautiful! High line Park, Central Park, Trump Tower, Grand Central Station, Statue of Liberty...and many many more attractions. Recommend staying later for nightlife, there is so much to do there! If you stay, it's very easy to get back to the hotel. It was the best trip so far, and absolutely worth your money.
