I recently returned from our Chicago trip. I enjoyed it very much. Our host Gerda was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been with Comfort travels to Ottawa, Montreal & Quebec and i loved it!! I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone that has not been to Chicago. There are however a couple of things I would like to mention: the hotel although lovely was too far from downtown for those folks wishing to spend the evening in Chicago. Breakfast was amazing! However, since life has become so fast, if we were provided with free internet access, that would have been great! The driver Wayne was also friendly, helpful, a careful driver and very accommodating. The good thing about this group was that everyone was in time and the schedule was amazing too! Also, i personally think if the pick-up place was from different places and timings. For instance, i wanted to stay at the Navy Pier as there were lots to do. 3 hours was not enough. The pick-up place was from the loop and i did not want to spend so much on a taxi and another day at the loop. . Perhaps, if Comfort travels can look into this matter. Overall, a trip to remember. Thank you for this wonderful trip. Just a suggestion: As i usually go solo in most of the trips and I enjoy seeing different places, i was wondering if Comfort travel is going to start going to places in our own provinces like Calgary, Vancouver, Nova Scotia etc. Also, i am looking forward to the Turkey trip!!! We were very happy with your personnel, Ronnie kept us amused with her lovely Irish stories, beautiful wit and Greg our bus driver went above and beyond, he is so accommodating to the passengers and our guide in New York was excellent, sorry I don't remember his name. About five (5) years ago we did this tour with you people and the staff was much better this time. Except for the horrid weather it was a pleasant trip. Thanks again. Janet and Gayle

I wanted to say that my husband & I enjoyed our tour to New York on your companies tour. We found Ronnie very outgoing, very knowledgeable and could really see how much she enjoys her job. She was a excellent tour guide. We had great fun with Ronnie. Also the bus driver Greg was excellent, his driving was unbelievable with the awful weather conditions etc. he had to deal with, a wonderful job. Also the tour guide we had for the one day, on board the bus was so good as well, he was so informative, with Greg's driving up and down those streets of New York and the guide showing us and telling us more than we thought we'd get was as I said fantastic. My husband and I had such a great time, not really enough time to do everything but we got to see everything we wanted. As I said it was fantastic and if we're out in Ontario again we would certainly book another tour with your company. Good job Ronnie & Greg.

our bus tour to New York from June 6th - 9th. Firstly I'd like to say that my husband and I enjoyed our trip very much, our tour guide RONNIE was fantastic, she mentioned she is fairly new as a guide but found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly outgoing and took a great interest with every person on the tour.
