TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN! I had the most absolute best time possible on the 4 day tour of New York (June 20-23 2013). Comfort tours had everything planned perfectly and simply can’t give any negative feedback . The hotels were top-notch and the sights and sounds beyond what I could have hoped for. I would like to give special mention to our guide CHRISTINE AND DRIVER WAYNE. Christine's a wonderful woman. She has great knowledge and pride in her role and tour director and made sure all of are needs were addressed and answered all our questions with utmost reliability. Her insights into all aspects of New York , from historical to cultural were unbelievable. She communicated so many things that added to my complete enjoyment of the tour. Thanks for everything. I was very impressed with the tour, our guide Suzanne and driver John were both great. Will definitely travel with Comfort Tours again. Can't beat the price! Linda D.

Just returned from Washington DC. Our tour guide was Eliane. She was very enthusiastic and positive throughout the whole trip. Ken, our bus driver was quite the gentlemen, helping us off and on the bus and trying to park as close as possible to the attractions. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and learned a lot about American History. We didn't even mind the rain, but Washington did look better in the sun the next day.

Ronnie, the Tour Director was excellent.
She is one of the best tour directors I have ever had(and I have done many coach trips in North America and abroad).
She helped in everyway possible and went out of her way to support every need (before you even asked).
I so hope that Ronnie does tours in other cities as I would love to go on another tour with her and would take another Comfort Tour in a 'heartbeat' if I knew she was going to be the Tour Director.
I also called your office with this feedback yesterday.
