I just returned from the Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Thousand Islands tour June 29 to July 1 and I want to say that it was an amazing trip. Reena was a great bus guide, and Simon was a very good driver. Ottawa was pretty much closed down due to the Canada Day festivities, perhaps this is not the best time to go to the nation's capital, but we saw lots and had wonderful city guides. I will travel with your company again in the future. If you have any coupons, I welcome them. - Suzana P.

Thank you for asking for our feedback, well let me start by saying that we were very fortunate in getting Christine our Tour Guide and Wayne our driver on our tour to N.Y. city, they were incredible in the way they did their job. They both were very professional and knowledgeable in what they do, plus they had a great sense of humor which we appreciated a lot.

Enjoyed the New York tour in spite of the rainy weather. Suzanne (tour guide) and John (driver) were pleasant, informative, and always willing to accommodate individual needs when possible. Have you considered making your buses scent-free? My fellow traveler and I are allergic to colognes/perfumes and unfortunately the passenger in front of us was wearing heavy scented cologne. We appreciated Suzanne's aid in changing seats for us so that we could enjoy the trip. I would certainly consider other trips in the future with Comfort Tours. - Suzanne R.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN! I had the most absolute best time possible on the 4 day tour of New York (June 20-23 2013). Comfort tours had everything planned perfectly and simply can’t give any negative feedback . The hotels were top-notch and the sights and sounds beyond what I could have hoped for. I would like to give special mention to our guide CHRISTINE AND DRIVER WAYNE. Christine's a wonderful woman. She has great knowledge and pride in her role and tour director and made sure all of are needs were addressed and answered all our questions with utmost reliability. Her insights into all aspects of New York , from historical to cultural were unbelievable. She communicated so many things that added to my complete enjoyment of the tour. Thanks for everything.
