July 12-14 Canada excursion was lovely. Marilyn and Simon were most accommodating and informative. Wish the tour was extended for an additional day so that more time could be spent in Ottawa and/or the 1000 Island cruise could have been more than 1 hour and/or avoid the 9 hours on the bus the Quebec City day. Hello We just returned from the 4 day/ 3 night trip to New York City. Despite record breaking temperatures in New York City, we had a wonderful time. It was a girls weekend away to remember! Christine, our tour guide, was very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information and suggestions to assist us in planning our free time. Her extensive knowledge of the Big Apple proved very beneficial. Greg, our bus driver deserves a medal for remaining cool and calm while navigating Manhattan traffic, allowing us to sit back and enjoy the sites. Our fellow travellers were an awesome group. The tour to Chicago this past weekend was fabulous and Natasha was amazing. I have never been a history buff but she had my full attention on the history of Chicago. I have highly recommended Comfort Tours to a few people. I will definitely travel again one day to another destination. Wayne was a great bus driver and made us feel so comfortable and safe the whole 4 days. I will send some pictures this weekend as I need to download and have not had much time this week. Hello there, Our recent trip was great. Your tour guide Sue and driver John were really great too. Sue was very knowledgeable about New York and generously shared the info. We marvelled how John navigated Manhatten as tho' he was driving a mini instead of a big old bus. Fantastic job. We really enjoyed Eugene's contribution to the tour also. He was very pleasant and knew a great deal of old and new history about NY. Sue was a gracious hostess and ensured all were comfortable at all times. The hotel was great too. Lovely rooms with all the comforts of home. I would have to add that this trip is not for the fainthearted as there was a good deal of walking involved and I think I have a permanent crick in my neck from trying to see everything. I think that the agenda was pretty good as I felt it covered most of the highlights. I was disappointed that we did not get to go onto Ellis Island and see Lady Liberty up closer but it was a great cruise. I will not hesitate to bus with your company again. Thanks for the memories.
