Hello, My wife and I recently took your trip to New York City departing on July 4Th and returning on the 7TH. Our tour guide was Gerda and our driver was John. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything exceeded all our expectations . Gerda and John were brilliant and we could not have been in better hands. A wonderful and interesting tour with perfect arrangements. Natasha was the ideal tour guide we dream of with her great knowledge and caring for her passengers. As we proceeded we gained complete confidence in Wayne who was such a capable driver that we felt safe and was able to relax and enjoy the tour. We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Chicago where we were fortunate to see so many interesting sites. The accommodation at the Hyatt Lodge was extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The surroundings were most impressive with beautiful gardens and ponds. The two most outstanding elements of the tour were Wayne the driver and Natasha our tour guide. They were extremely attentive to everyone's needs and it would be difficult to imagine that there is a better team at Comfort Tours. Sue, our tour guide was excellent! She was well organized with maps and information, etc. Sue is a very approachable and friendly person. She obviously loves her job which made the tour more enjoyable. She looked after us very well. The step-on city guide (Eugene) was excellent. He was very informative and knowledgeable, even made references to Toronto (especially about the mayor). John, our driver was an excellent driver especially in the very crowded streets of Manhattan. He definitely had nerves of steel! He also had available ice cold water, which came in handy during the hot and humid days that we experienced on the tour. On the return, he knew the side streets to take in order to avoid the congestion near Niagara on the QEW, so that we weren’t stuck in traffic. The tour itself was very good with enough washroom stops and enough time to do so! To have most of the afternoon as free time with the option to return earlier or later to the hotel is a great idea. The only thing we didn’t have a lot of time was at the outlet mall on our return. For us serious shoppers, we had to power shop (but we managed)!! Looking forward to another tour with Comfort Tours.
