I recently returned from a fabulous trip to NYC, the "Big Apple". This was my first trip with Comfort Tours but it certainly will not be the last. I was so impressed by our driver, Cam, and our guide, Pam. They are an excellent team. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The tour was interesting and fun. Pam went out of her way to make this long drive fly by. We played games and she entertained us with funny stories and some of my favourite movies. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was also very accommodating. Thank you for a fantastic and relaxing getaway - Tanya

Dear Comfort Tour, I was on the July 25th - 28th New York tour with Eliane (hostess) and John (driver). They were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Eugene, the NY tour guide, was very interesting and added a personal touch with his experience of 9/11. Quite moving. The schedule is packed but still had lots of time to do our own thing during free time. Hotel was great. Fabulous buffet breakfast! I was with my two sisters which made it most special. This was my first time in NY as well as my first bus trip of any kind. Will definitely go with Comfort Tour again. Thanks for the memories! Dianne.

Hello! My sister and I just returned last night from the four day NYC tour and I wanted to express to your company how happy we were to be guided by Cam, our driver, and Pam, our tour director. Cam was a safe driver, as well as a kind and courteous gentleman to all of the passengers. He really knows his stuff when it comes to navigating around those busy streets of Manhattan! Pam was an energetic and highly knowledgeable guide who was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about every one of her passengers. I don't know how she keeps track of all of the sights of NY and their exact addresses, but she does! I can't wait to take another tour with these two members of your staff! I am looking forward to possibly Boston and Washington next year! Thanks for having such amazing people working for you! They truly represent your company with style!
