She offered many good suggestions with regards to sites to see, informational background and tips and fact sheets on how to use the trains, subways and taxis. Hi Comfort Tours, My mother and I went to Washington on the August long weekend. This city is a must see, it is a historic and very clean city. I commend Ken (the bus driver) for his safe driving and his friendliness to each passenger on the bus. Marilyn (the tour director) was very informative, kept us entertained on the bus with music, movies and a Washington quiz. They were always making sure the group were all on the bus after our pit stops, and that we all stayed together on the tours. So thank you Ken and Marilyn for making Washington a memorable vacation for mom and I. I have also been to New York with Comfort Tours a few years ago. I would say this is a very professional tour company and would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a fun, but also informative vacation. Sonia & Clara

Hi Comfort Tour Canada, My husband and I just came back from your New York tour, and we had a wonderful time. The bus was on time and very comfortable. The driver, Greg was an absolute trooper, I have never seen anyone maneuver the New York City traffic like he can, he is brilliant. Our tour guide was Eliane, and all I can say is WOW!!! She is just marvelous, knows so many facts and stories about everywhere we went, she is very thoughtful, kind, caring and above all totally interested in the people taking the tour. Well done to both of them (Eliane & Greg) we could not have asked for better, it far exceeded our expectations, and we are looking forward to planning our next trip with your company.
