We are happy to reply and assure you that our trip to Boston Aug 15th to 18th 2013 was most enjoyable. Our tour guide was Pam Cook who went to great lengths to make our days away memorable and fun. She gives of herself continually. i.e. the games and videos on the bus; the side walking exertions to a favorite and famous bakery (Mike's) and the No Name seafood restaurant. We were appreciative of the stops to shop especially The Christmas Tree Store. As well as that, the arrangements that we expect: the historical highlights and usual places of interest were well covered.
Cannot sign off without mention of our driver,Ken Mac... We were in such good hands with that man and he was friendly and as well very helpful.

Hi there,
I just wanted to thank Eliane for being such a wonderful tour guide. I travelled with my mother, aunt and a cousin from Italy. We had a great time. The service was very friendly and professional. We got a taste of all the hot spots of NYC and learned a great deal. I would like to thank comfort tours, but predominately Eliane and John our bus driver who got us there and back, safely and efficiently.

My sister and I enjoyed our bus trip to NYC---the tour manager, Sue, was an amazing person. She offered many good suggestions with regards to sites to see, informational background and tips and fact sheets on how to use the trains, subways and taxis. Our bus driver, Moe, had nerves of steel to safely negotiate the busy streets of Manhattan. Job well done! Thanks so much.

Hi Comfort Tours,
My mother and I went to Washington on the August long weekend. This city is a must see, it is a historic and very clean city. I commend Ken (the bus driver) for his safe driving and his friendliness to each passenger on the bus. Marilyn (the tour director) was very informative, kept us entertained on the bus with music, movies and a Washington quiz. They were always making sure the group were all on the bus after our pit stops, and that we all stayed together on the tours. So thank you Ken and Marilyn for making Washington a memorable vacation for mom and I. I have also been to New York with Comfort Tours a few years ago. I would say this is a very professional tour company and would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a fun, but also informative vacation.
