Our driver Cam was exceptional in every respect and only too willing to accommodate various needs while driving safely and wisely. Ronnie our tour director excelled in being very personable and caring and became closely acquainted with every passenger. As a relatively new tour guide I feel she has all the qualities and then some to become an exceptional director. I would definitely want to request her for my next tour. NYC trip was excellent . Eli is a real pro ,knowledgeable ,concerned and very efficient. The bus driver John did an super job navigating his way around NYC . Very impressive tour package . Really got a good feel about what NYC is all about. We would highly recommend. Regards , Al and Diane

We traveled to New York with your company from Aug 15 to Aug 18,2013. This was wonderful and specially the guide ( Elaine) was interactive,knowledgeable.The Driver of the bus ( John,Deny's Bus) was professional,good helping hand and punctual.
