Just returned from a terrific trip to New York City. Definitely will use Comfort Tours again...first class all the way. Our tour director was Rick who was a fountain of information on not only historical data but trivia info, tips on do's and don'ts while in the Big Apple and just a great friend to all. I felt very safe with our driver Greg who always had horrible weather on our travelling days. Only regret we did not know when booking that the public cannot go to Ellis Island due to damage by Hurricane Sandy. This was an extreme disappointment so feel possibly this should be made clear to ones planning the New York adventure, otherwise liked everything. Thanks again to Comfort Tours and to Rick and Greg.
