Just returned from a terrific trip to New York City. Definitely will use Comfort Tours again...first class all the way. Our tour director was Rick who was a fountain of information on not only historical data but trivia info, tips on do's and don'ts while in the Big Apple and just a great friend to all. I felt very safe with our driver Greg who always had horrible weather on our travelling days. Only regret we did not know when booking that the public cannot go to Ellis Island due to damage by Hurricane Sandy. This was an extreme disappointment so feel possibly this should be made clear to ones planning the New York adventure, otherwise liked everything. Thanks again to Comfort Tours and to Rick and Greg. You guys make a great team Ruth & Lloyd

We enjoyed the tour. We saw a lot in the 2 days. The hotel was comfortable and the breakfasts good with lots of variety. Both the tour director Pam and the driver Ken did an excellent job! Pam was very well informed and kept us entertained and was very helpful. Ken was an unbelievable driver. He was tested with a downpour on the highway going down, narrow spaces to get through and lots of patience with the Boston traffic. The only negative comment would be the Christmas store. We did not find the store to be very good and we spent too long at the store. Other than that it was a great trip. Regards, Elizabeth Sharpe & Bob

Dear Comfort Tours, I cannot begin to describe the fun we had on the New York City tour. Our bus driver, Greg was an amazing driver through rain and shine and the hustle and bustle of New York. Our tour guide, Rick was so kind, he was funny, entertaining, and really knew what he was talking about. He entertained us and also was abundant with information about where we were and where we were going. This trip was definitely a never forget memorable experience. We have just returned from our first ever coach tour, New York city with Comfort Tours; it vastly exceeded our expectations. Next year, we celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and have looked into coach tours of Italy; so New York was not only a test run, but also a place we have always wanted to see, but would never contemplate driving there, and flying is such a hassle; after seeing Greg our driver handle the traffic in New York, that was a very good decision. Rick, our tour director was great and did a fantastic job co-ordinating the trip and individuals requests. We had a list of places to see from our daughters and had pre-booked "Top of the Rock" on day 2 and the 911 Memorial on day 3 at the end of the planned tour; we expected to have to make our own way to both but due to popular demand by other passengers we were dropped off at bothplaces ( definitely must see places on anyones trip to NYC). Rick also made the trip down and back interesting with his commentary, easy passage at the border, the rest stops and the videos to entertain and inform us about New York. Hardy, our New York guide, was very knowledgable and took us too and informed us about the various sites; something you would miss by going independently. We have always signed up for guided tours, both bus and walking, in various cities in the US and Great Britain, so know the benefits. We loved the hotel and it's location in the beautiful college town of New Brunswick; we probably would never sleep if we stayed in Manhattan. The trip to New York with comfort Tours is definitely a "bucket list" item. So at the end of the trip we were so pleased to find out from Rick that Comfort Tours has Italy on it's schedule!!!!!!
