Our party of four, including two visiting friends from the USA, just returned from the 3 day October 4 - 6, 2013 Comfort Tours trip to Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa. The tour exceeded all of our expectations. It was a very busy tour but it was amazing how much we saw and did during the 3 days. The Montreal hotel was first class and well situated. We cannot say enough good things about our tour guide Natasha and coach driver Cam. They were both very professional, attentive, caring and knowledgeable as were the Montreal and Quebec City hop on guides Ann and Richard. The one hour boat trip of the 1000 islands at Kingston was a nice finishing touch to the tour. Our USA friends were very impressed with the tour and all the arrangements.This was our third Comfort Tours trip, the others being New York and Chicago and we have not been disappointed yet. Eliane was charming, quick witted, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. Patty was unflappable, always pleasant and always punctual. Our trip to New York with the Comfort Tours was great. The bus driver (Patty) the guide (Eliane) were just fantastic. Both of these people made the trip enjoyable and everyone felt save. This was the first bus tour that I have taken and I was more than satisfied with the whole tour. The hotel, bus and the places of interest were perfect. One more day would be nice as a free day so you could go at your own pace or get back to the hotel earlier. If I go on another bus tour I would book with Comfort. Elaine from Sudbury
