Hello, My daughter and I just returned from our trip to New York with comfort tours. Our driver Wayne was an exceptional driver, very friendly, and a joy to be around. Our travel guide Sue was funny, lively, knowledge and helpful. She kept us entertained throughout the entire bus trip! She gave us a wonderful tour of NYC and area. It was our first time experiencing comfort tours, and we will defiantly be taking another! From a tourists perspective I think Wayne and Sue were a great team! My husband and I joined Comfort Tours for the trip to New York for New Years Eve. Pam our tour guide was outstanding from her knowledge to her fantastic sense of humor.
