Hello, My family and I were just on your New York Tour April 3-6. I wanted to let you know that we had a great time! None of us had ever been to New York before and we were more than happy to have someone not only drive, but to tour us around and give us endless information as well. Wayne was our awesome driver. I can not even begin to tell you how skillful he is at maneuvering that huge tour bus around downtown New York! Just as if we were sitting in a Smart Car. His easy going manner, and sense of humor were a welcome asset. And he was friendly at all times, while still being the professional he is. Pam, our Tour Guide; was equally as good. Her knowledge on New York was boundless. Her attention to detail was great. Her little games were fun and enjoyed by all. She was accommodating of our every request, and had a wealth of information for us if we wanted to go to a specific site. Thank you to both of them, we would be on a tour with them again anytime. In fact, I might take my husband this time! We all had a great time. I can't say enough about it. We met some wonderful people. Thank you Pam & Wayne for a New York Experience. I travelled with my sister-in-law Marilyn & her daughter Linda. This was their first trip to New York and it was everything they had wished for….I too enjoyed being with them. I have been to NY many times but to have someone else do the planning & driving was a very relaxed and pleasant way to travel. We just wanted to drop a quick email on how much we enjoyed our trip to New York City this past week! Pam, the tour guide was very entertaining, respectful of our needs, but at the same time conscious of the schedule so that everything proceeded on time. Wayne, the driver, was excellent and helpful in helping as my wife Stacia had to use her walker quite a bit. All in all it was a wonderful experience! We will definitely use Comfort Tours again! Our trip to NYC was a great success!!! The tour is well planned and the hotel is quite comfortable. The real success however, lay in our guide Sue. She is amazing, as she maneuvers around the many requests of the various group members, as well as being a font of information. Sue kept the long hours on the coach interesting and entertaining, with movies, quizzes and storytelling. Reasonable schedules kept everyone on time, and her engaging personality won us over quickly. Our bus driver Wayne, though not as directly involved, was very competent, professional. He inspired confidence so that any worries were non-existent.
