Rawn & I would like to pass along our extreme satisfaction of Coach Driver, Patty great skills and personality. We were very comfortable with her at the wheel and her happy disposition, her confidence and experience got us through some tight street situations without any issues. She is very quick on reflex and was a joy to have on our vacation. She made us feel relaxed and we enjoyed the road trip. I would like to say the tour itself was amazing. Patty and Eliane were amazing, I was wondering how Patty was feeling and if she is OK? The only downfall was the long waits at customs. I feel you should consider crossing at the 1000 Island crossing, no way is it that busy and since you are heading east anyway, I feel it would take lest time on the road. One morsel thing, Bob our guide in Washington was fantastic. Thank you for showing us that lovely city. Susan

On August 8-10 we took the guided tour Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and Thousands Islands. We enjoyed this tour very much; Eva was extremely helpful and informative; the bus driver, Pat, was cheerful and accommodating. Let me assure you we will check with you first in our next tour. Take care Ab
