I would like to say the tour itself was amazing. Patty and Eliane were amazing, I was wondering how Patty was feeling and if she is OK? The only downfall was the long waits at customs. I feel you should consider crossing at the 1000 Island crossing, no way is it that busy and since you are heading east anyway, I feel it would take lest time on the road. One morsel thing, Bob our guide in Washington was fantastic. Thank you for showing us that lovely city.

On August 8-10 we took the guided tour Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and Thousands Islands. We enjoyed this tour very much; Eva was extremely helpful and informative; the bus driver, Pat, was cheerful and accommodating. Let me assure you we will check with you first in our next tour. Take care Ab

I last night returned from a 4 day bus trip from Toronto to Washington with your Tour Guide Marilyn Periman. We had a marvellous time and thought the tour programme was very well balanced. Marilyn proved a knowledgeable considerate calm and empathetic leader. Kind regards, Doug

My brother and I just returned from a tour of Philadelphia and Gettysburg. I want to thank Carole our tour guide and John the driver. Carole made sure we were well looked after and we always felt that someone was concerned for our enjoyment, safety and personal concerns. We will travel with Comfort again and we hope that we will see Carole (and John...job well done) again.

My family and I returned from our NYC tour August 17th and we can't stop talking about what a wonderful time we had. I found that the tour guide has an important role on how the trip turns out. Our tour guide, Eliane was amazing she was so knowledgeable about the city. And, she was always there to help, she interacted with everyone. She never stopped! She made the group feel as a whole, she didn't single anyone out. We felt like one big happy family! Our driver Patty was a great driver! I still don't know how she managed to drive that bus through the streets of NYC. She was so patient and competent. Eliane and Patty are a great team. Sad when the tour was over, but we are now thinking of taking another tour.
