The East Coast tour was amazing. We have seen and visited so many beautiful places. Our tour director Pam was fantastic. She made the tour fun and always kept us engaged. We especially enjoyed the daily awards that Pam presented at the start of our day. Our driver, Jim (Coach Atlantic) was superb. He was courteous, professional and has a great sense of humour. Hello! We were on the New York Tour with Gerda and John, Sept. 4-7, 2014. We had a wonderful time!!! We were not bored at all with the ride to and back from New York. The hotel was excellent. Best of all, Gerda and John were with us the whole way! They were both very knowledgeable and engaging. They made us feel very comfortable and safe going around Manhattan. We would love to take another trip with them through Comfort Tour. We're saving our money for that right now :) Thank You So Much for a Amazing trip! Randy H. and Debbie W.

Just wanted to let the Company know that my sister and I had a wonderful time on the trip with Julie and Ken. Whenever we departed the bus, Ken would be there with a hand to help passengers off and Julie was always willing to change things up for the enjoyment of the passengers whenever possible and took care of us like a mother hen. My only suggestion to the trip would be not to have to rise so early in the a.m. I felt so tired the whole four days and therefore my suggestion would be to rise at 8:00 and then on the bus say at 10:00. All the rest of the schedule is fine and to make up for the later rising time, we could start our free time later. Mary M
