Just wanted to say how impressed we were with our driver John and our tour manager Gerda. Two of the best!!! It was our first bus tour to New York and we were very surprised how much we were able to see of the city! It was a busy 2 days but were able to see most of what we really wanted to see with very informative guides. Would recommend Comfort Tours and would use them again for sure! On Aug29th my husband and myself together with two other couples which I encouraged to join, took the Comfort Tour trip to Chicago. We were apprehensive about the bus and the long trip, but we were pleasantly surprised.The bus was very conform able, and thanks to our Great driver Wayne, was very steady as well. In addition our tour director Pam Cook was excellent, and she made sure we made enough stops to allow the passengers to get out and stretch our legs.Pam was very knowledgeable and very patient as well.In addition the Hyatt Hotel was very comfortable.
