In 2011 a group of us took a bus tour with your company to NYC and had a great time. As result of the original trip I have spoken about it so much and how well the trip went the first time, that some other friends of mine decided to take the NYC tour as well. I cannot say enough of how your company delivered what we were looking for and then some. The trip was great from beginning to the end. Many thanks to Pam and Ken who made the experience even better and provided us with a wealth of information. Both of them made us feel awesome, they provided guidance, assistance, their knowledge of the local area was beyond expectations, from sightseeing to local attractions; hotel accommodations were just perfect. You could see how much both of them enjoy their jobs. Without a doubt I will continue using your travel services, specifically if Pam and Ken will be working together. Ken’s driving skills must be commended as he was simply outstanding and Pam was a great reflection of your company as well as a good will ambassador . Well we have been there - The Big Apple. Just to report back - everyone on this tour will agree. Pam and Ken was just wonderful. Everything from beginning to end was so well organised - and no matter whether you were single, you did not feel left out. Pam was amazing letting everyone feel included and Ken - Oh my! patience? We had a blast on this tour! Pam and Ken did an amazing job! I don't know how Ken did it. Driving in NYC is quite a challenge and he made it look so easy. All I can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH, I attended the New York City bus tour from October 23 to October 26, 2014. Our tour guide, Gerda and driver Greg were fantastic. From the first moment we got on the bus, they were welcoming and so friendly and helpful. Gerda provided us with so much information and was well knowledgeable about the history and ways of New York City. When we got to Manhattan, I was amazed at how well Greg navigated those streets. I saw so many things and learned so much while I was there. I saw places I did not even know existed in New York City. Thank you for a great trip.
