I meant to write to you and give my best regards to our tour guide Carol Heartly. She was one of the best tour directors ever. When I book my other trips via your company I will pray to get on her bus only. Carol was very organized, informative, knowledgeable and experienced. Her sense for humor is a blessing as well. I must say that driver was wonderful and experienced too. Such a smooth drive with an extensive stops for washroom breaks and refreshments. I enjoyed it every moment on the bus, as well as on my own. Hotel was amazing, clean, beds very comfortable and rooms very modern. I am very pleased. I cant wait to book my next trip with your company for other designations in USA as well as a Canada and Europe. Will recommend Comfort Tour Canada to all my friends and family. I want to thank Comfort Tours for a wonderful long w/e trip to NYC from May 15 to 18th. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves and have really nice memories of this trip. Gerda was our tour mgr and Patty was our driver and both these ladies did a fantastic job! Thanks again, Pat

I had the best experience of New York I could ever ask for - the trip was so well organised and our tour director Julie was brilliant! I went alone to New York as part of my gap year adventures before University, I was worried about being alone in New York but thought it was a once in a lifetime experience while I'm in Canada as I'm originally from England. However, as soon as I got on the bus those fears melted away; I was instantly welcomed and everyone looked after me throughout the trip. I also wasn't the only person alone so myself and another went around together. By the end of the trip everyone had got to know one another, it was like being on a trip with a group of friends! The Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick was also absolutely lovely (especially the breakfast!) and being with a tour made everything so easy and simple, I didn't have to worry about anything! My only negative is that the trip was only for 4 days, you could spend a lifetime in New York and never see it all! 100% would recommend this trip, great value for money and a brilliant experience of New York.- Katie

We just returned from a fantastic trip to New York City with Comfort Tours. Julie was our tour director and she was fantastic....her knowledge, experience,humour and stories were great. She kept our group well informed of what was coming next and kept us all on time. She took the time to talk to each of us each day. She help us plan what we wanted to achieve for the day individually. Wayne was our bus driver and he gets my award for best driver.....not sure how he maintains his patience and maneuvers through the traffic of New York City. Wayne was always willing to share stories and offer suggestions about the Comfort tour cities. The hotel was great. I encourage any one taking tours to take good walking shoes. That will help you enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. We enjoyed this tour so much we are looking at Boston and Chicago as future tour options. Janice and Joe
