I had the best experience of New York I could ever ask for - the trip was so well organised and our tour director Julie was brilliant! I went alone to New York as part of my gap year adventures before University, I was worried about being alone in New York but thought it was a once in a lifetime experience while I'm in Canada as I'm originally from England. However, as soon as I got on the bus those fears melted away; I was instantly welcomed and everyone looked after me throughout the trip. I also wasn't the only person alone so myself and another went around together. By the end of the trip everyone had got to know one another, it was like being on a trip with a group of friends! The Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick was also absolutely lovely (especially the breakfast!) and being with a tour made everything so easy and simple, I didn't have to worry about anything! My only negative is that the trip was only for 4 days, you could spend a lifetime in New York and never see it all! 100% would recommend this trip, great value for money and a brilliant experience of New York.- Katie

We just returned from a fantastic trip to New York City with Comfort Tours. Julie was our tour director and she was fantastic....her knowledge, experience,humour and stories were great. She kept our group well informed of what was coming next and kept us all on time. She took the time to talk to each of us each day. She help us plan what we wanted to achieve for the day individually. Wayne was our bus driver and he gets my award for best driver.....not sure how he maintains his patience and maneuvers through the traffic of New York City. Wayne was always willing to share stories and offer suggestions about the Comfort tour cities. The hotel was great. I encourage any one taking tours to take good walking shoes. That will help you enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. We enjoyed this tour so much we are looking at Boston and Chicago as future tour options. Janice and Joe

I took the 4 day, 3 night tour Toronto to New York City. 16-19 April. I had a blast! Everything from the coach being on time for pick up, to well - everything - was excellent. The coach driver Patty was amazing! How she managed that huge coach around the streets of New York City was incredible. She was always on time, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to travel with. The tour director Natasha was also fabulous. Interesting, informative, most pleasant, and helpful when I left my mobile phone behind at the hotel. The local tour guide in New York was Hardy, an excellent guide. The tour was great, the other passengers were great company, the hotel was top notch. The city itself was overwhelming at first but just an amazing treat. I loved every minute of this tour and if I'm ever back in Canada again I would love to take another of your tours. I found Comfort Tours on the Internet, had no previous experience with the company but the website was clear and offered just what I wanted. Your customer service was good too. So I booked on the strength of your website. So glad I did. Just wonderful. Thank you for a great experience. Laurel
