Hi, well where do I start, was on the New York trip last week 21st-24th, our tour guide was Natasha wow what a lady, she's an absolute star, nothing was too much trouble for her, any questions or problems she was 100% there for us all she's a credit to your Comfort Tour. Our bus driver was Wayne and again what a great guy, so helpful and knowledgeable like Natasha, together there a great team and made mine and Alan's trip a very enjoyable and memorable trip loved every second of our time away. First time on a bus tour but it won't be the last. We had the best time. Julie our tour guide was wonderful with maps, instructions, keeping track of all of us. Julie has a great personality, and smile. Gregg our bus driver was a miracle driver especially in New York with hardly a toothpick clearance between trucks and lanes. Both deserve our highest praise. Hotel Hyatt Regency was clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruits and everything else you could want. Attention to detail was attentive. We seen so much, ground zero was amazing with time to explore. The Statue of Liberty was fabulous. Our N.Y. tour guide was so informative and cute. Totally took great care of us. His information on the Central Train Station was amazing. Good food too. Central Park had lots of beautiful flowers. Central Park was beautiful. Time square exciting seen it day and lights at night. Lovely Bryant Park to relax in after shopping. Weather was perfect. Delicious food at the Italian restaurant and Stardust with the singing waiters was excellent. Hello, we truly enjoyed the recent trip that we had to New York. My husband commented that it was all EXCELLENT! Eliane, for our travel guide, as well as Tom in New York, and most especially, Nicole, who expertly drove us around that comfortable big bus...amazing service from all of them...a great team! What we have regretted is failing to take a group picture for all of us or even with Eliane, Nicole and Tom.
