Hello, I have just finished this tour and back in British Columbia now. I would like to let you know that I have enjoyed this tour very much. I specially want to mention your tour guide Eva. She was kind, caring and very professional. When I was dropped at the pick up location I forgot my luggage. Eva handled the situation very calm and professional and did not make me feel like an idiot. She kept an eye on each and everyone and was very diplomatic with an obnoxious guest. I joined the tour with a friend from Sri Lanka and she felt the same way as I did. I may join your East Coast tour in the future. Best Regards! Manel P.

Hello, I was on a bus trip to NYC this past long weekend and Alex V. was our business driver. He wore a smile on his face and spoke to every person each time we boarded or departed. He was very personable. I am a very nervous passenger and never did I once feel uncomfortable or unsafe. I have been on several bus trips and this happened to be the best. We also had Julie C. as our tour guide and she could not do enough for us. The trip was well organized and these employees made it the best trip I have ever been on. Cindy S.

Good Morning I wanted to write to let you know that I was so thrilled with my first trip to NYC. Travelling on the bus with Julie as our guide and Al as our bus driver was amazing! The time on the bus went by so quickly and we were kept informed always as to what was unfolding next. Julie was so positive and kept us so organized while Al was so helpful with our luggage and driving us to where we were headed with confidence and a wonderful smile! Hello, Just got back from your NYC tour with Eliane and John. FANTASTIC!! I can't say enough about the service provided. Eliane was wonderful . Her kindness and consideration to everyone on board made us feel like a travelling family! She provided a lot of information about New York, which was a big help in laying out our 'free time' route. We are still in awe at the ease with which John drove through New York city. We were concerned about the long bus ride, but stops were adequate and well spaced. The tour provides an adequate amount of free time to do your own thing - very important. We will definitely ask for Eliane on our next tour...... Dolores and Frank

Hello Comfort Tours, I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the trip to NYC… Your bus was very comfortable, Julie, our Tour guide was amazing..and Ken was very courteous and an excellent driver and navigated New York City sooo well! Having wifi on the bus was great..and all the little stops we made were fun too! The hotel was lovely ! And Julie is a fabulous tour guide….she made the trip so personal and was so very caring to all of us. She learned Everyones name SO quickly.. She helped us find our subway route…wrote out the directions…and guided us so well to make the trip carefree and stress free and fun! And I must say that you selected very special attractions…ones that we have all lived thru…John Lennon Memorial, Statue of Liberty, 911. And the free time on Saturday allowed us to get to a Broadway show that we really wanted to see! For future trips...maybe you could consider staying right in Manhattan if that option is available to you. Many people may be willing to pay the additional cost and it would save the daily trip to and from New Jersey and the bus could park for the night!
