Rita and I wanted to thank you for putting together such a fabulous trip! We want to let you know that we had a fabulous time. Everything about the tour worked great. Hotels were all centrally located and in good- excellent condition. Every day was amazing in its own way. Our group was excellent, everyone got along. The weather was hotter than normal; we were able to keep up to the pace. Pam is an outstanding inspirational guide, upbeat demeanor, smiling face and sincere patience and caring for us made the journey more enjoyable and John an excellent driver. We can’t stop raving about the trip and telling everyone about it! We hope you will keep us informed of other trips you arrange and participate in. We would love to vacation with you again. We are very pleased with our NY trip (Dec. 29th- Jan 1st) - Thank you Comfort Tour for a wonderful team. Thanks so much to Pam, our Tour Director, for giving us a memorable New York trip. She was very organized, caring, funny, and you can tell how she truly loves and enjoy what she does. She kept the group engaged throughout the tour. We would love to take a tour with her again. Thanks to John, our bus driver, for doing an excellent job - we felt very safe with him. Thanks to Eugene, our NY tour guide - we learned a lot about the city. We had an excellent time on the New York City tour – Eliane was a most wonderful, considerate and informed host; she treated everyone equally, gave us pertinent information at the appropriate time and gave specific instructions clearly. Hotel in NJ (Hyatt) was very good, rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Bus ride and drive also excellent. We most certainly will consider traveling again with Comfort Tours – hopefully to Washington and Philadelphia. Yvonne

Thanks so much to Pam, our tour director, and Ken, our driver, for making our trip to Boston on the Oct. 22-25/2015 weekend so wonderful. I was a bit concerned how things would go as my daughter, Megan, uses a wheelchair and I feared that there might be accessibility problems. I need not have worried, however, as Pam went above and beyond her duties to make sure everything ran smoothly so both us could really enjoy the trip. From personally tracking down accessible entrances/exits, to ensuring we had an accessible hotel room, to making excellent suggestions for places to visit, to always cheerfully checking to make sure we were o.k., Pam made this trip a joy. She is truly not only an extremely talented tour director but an extremely kind and compassionate individual. We plan to go on the East coast trip in the future - but only if Pam is running it! We also can't say enough good things about Ken, our driver. He too went out of his way to assist us - even though it meant numerous openings/closings of the luggage hatch to get Megan's wheelchair and lifting it in/out as we stopped at the various venues. Ken's friendliness and constant smile put us at ease at the extra work we made for him. Without his positive attitude, our experience would have been a lot different than it was. Thanks again to both Pam and Ken for making our trip so memorable! Susan and Megan
