We had an excellent time on the New York City tour – Eliane was a most wonderful, considerate and informed host; she treated everyone equally, gave us pertinent information at the appropriate time and gave specific instructions clearly. Hotel in NJ (Hyatt) was very good, rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Bus ride and drive also excellent. We most certainly will consider traveling again with Comfort Tours – hopefully to Washington and Philadelphia. Yvonne

Thanks so much to Pam, our tour director, and Ken, our driver, for making our trip to Boston on the Oct. 22-25/2015 weekend so wonderful. I was a bit concerned how things would go as my daughter, Megan, uses a wheelchair and I feared that there might be accessibility problems. I need not have worried, however, as Pam went above and beyond her duties to make sure everything ran smoothly so both us could really enjoy the trip. From personally tracking down accessible entrances/exits, to ensuring we had an accessible hotel room, to making excellent suggestions for places to visit, to always cheerfully checking to make sure we were o.k., Pam made this trip a joy. She is truly not only an extremely talented tour director but an extremely kind and compassionate individual. We plan to go on the East coast trip in the future - but only if Pam is running it! We also can't say enough good things about Ken, our driver. He too went out of his way to assist us - even though it meant numerous openings/closings of the luggage hatch to get Megan's wheelchair and lifting it in/out as we stopped at the various venues. Ken's friendliness and constant smile put us at ease at the extra work we made for him. Without his positive attitude, our experience would have been a lot different than it was. Hello, Do you remember that me and my husband Chris, were the only passengers from Australia apart from the rest of the crowd, on the coach Kunkel, which departed from Toronto to New York, on the 4th of Sept. 2015. Indeed we really enjoyed travelling with each and everyone on board to see the most important sites in New York & also enjoyed the hotel accommodation as well. New York & the rest of the places visited were fabulous. I'm sure all the rest of the passengers too would have felt the same way. It was evident that the entire tour was conducted in an efficient manner by yourself and the other tour guy from N Y. Notably your performance as a tour director was really remarkable. The driver of the coach also to be commented for his smooth & excellent driving. In fact he was very courteous to all of us on board & his gentlemanly approach towards all passengers was much appreciated. It was great that he was able to greet each and everyone by their names every now and then, within a short period of time. He was really a good driver. Please do extend our best wishes to him. I wish to mention again that our selected packaged tour by Comfort Tours was very much up to our satisfaction and have no hesitation in recommending the same to anyone. We wanted to share our experience of the October 22 – 25, 2015 Bus Tour to Boston. The tour was well-organized and jammed packed with activities. We had Pam as our tour guide and Ken as our bus driver--both were top-notch at their respective jobs and they make a great duo. The tour included so many of the historical sites of Boston as well as a day trip to the gorgeous towns of Salem and Marblehead. In the evening, we would split from the group to roam the city on our own. We took a Duck Tour, went shopping in the entertainment district, and dined in China Town and Little Italy. Boston is beautiful city and Pam is a truly wonderful guide. We would take a tour with her again in a heartbeat! Ken was also fantastic--we could not have asked for a better driver.
