Good evening, My family and I just got back from your New York City tour and I wanted to give many compliments to Natasha and Al !!! The trip was very well organized and I always felt safe and cared for. Natasha is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She new the inside scoop which saved a lot time when touring so we were able to experience everything New York had to offer! Al was was an awesome driver, so helpful and friendly. I always felt safe when Al was driving, he was cautious and knew his routes very well. They are a great team and it would be a privilege to travel with them once again🤗. Hello Comfort Tours, My daughter Kate (14) and I just got back from our New York City Tour and we had an AWESOME time! Our Tour Director was Julie and the driver was John from Denny’s. Both were so knowledgeable and helpful and most of all, FUN! Julie pointed us in the right direction wherever we went and even the NYC tour guide was impressed with John! We saw everything we wanted to see plus more on our trip. We decided to stay later one night in order to take in a show and see Times Square at night and Julie made sure we knew how to get back to the hotel and where to get the best tickets! It was well worth it! And to anyone who might be nervous about making their own way back to the hotel, I have to say, it was so easy! We went sightseeing, shopping, walking, and took some time in Central Park! You name it, we did it, and loved every minute of it! We had lots of time to do what we wanted and Julie had loads of suggestions for things to do! The hotel was lovely and the buffet breakfast got us going each day! I have already been telling all my coworkers that this is the tour to take and we were totally impressed with Comfort Tours! So thank you, thank you, thank you for such a great introduction to NYC. Hello I just want to tell you what a fantastic trip we had in New York. The trip was so well organized and the stops along the way where perfectly planned out. Our tour guide Julie was absolutely fantastic,she was so helpful and gave out wonderful suggestions on places to eat, visit and shop. She really enjoys what she is doing and it shows. Al from kunkel busses I really don't how you stay smiling and so calm while driving in that crazy New York traffic. He was amazing. Eugene our tour guide in the city was so knowledgeable and made our tour so interesting and fun. The whole team from comfort tour was amazing and we are looking forward to another trip with your company next year. This is the way to travel. Thanks again Julie M.

Hi I just returned from NYC and all I can say is WOW! Loved every minute of this Comfort Tour trip. I can't say enough about tour guide Julie and bus driver Al. They are 2 amazing people who cater to us clients. This NYC trip was VERY well planned out, from where to stop on the way down and home, to suggestions on what to see in NYC or where to snag some deals.
